There was a table of regulars drinking coffee and talking politics and shooting the bull. It's a salt of the earth kind of local diner. A table opened up by the door after ten minutes. The menu is filled with comfort food. Most meals under $10. Nothing fancy, omelettes, burgers, sandwiches. Our server was sweet and recommended the tenderloins. The dining room is simple. Chairs and tables and a few booths. On the back wall are old photos of veterans. Local veterans being remembered by the cafe.
