The WORST dry cleaning experience I've ever had - no kidding…read more Moral of the story - get Mrs. Clean's pricing in writing, because she'll raise it on you at pick-up; don't rely on any oral assurances she makes; be prepared for your order to have missing, unwashed items; and be prepared to be yelled at in a shockingly rude manner for asking her simple questions about the whereabouts of your personal property. I recently moved down to Sanford in March. When searching for a dry cleaning service, I came to "Mrs. Clean" with an order of 30+ items, including several expensive suits and collared shirts. She orally priced me at $1.50 per shirt and $9.99 per suit, which seemed reasonable to me - so, I agreed to give her my business. Moreover, before I left from the initial drop-off, "Mrs. Clean" assured me that, due to the high volume of my order, she would give me an additional discount. When I went to pick up my order a few days later, she increased the price per shirt to near $2 (nearly 30%). I asked her about the price difference. Her response made for the rudest experience I've ever had in business dealings. She literally proceeded with very loud shouts and yells at me, claiming that she has never priced any item at $1.50 before (which is a complete lie). After several attempts of trying to negotiate with her, time and time again she threatened and yelled at me to pay a price much higher than I originally agreed - otherwise, I could not take my property back. To make matters worse, two of my most expensive shirts were missing from the order. She said that I would need to come back to pick up the shirts two days later. I told her that I didn't want her to dry clean those shirts, and that I wanted to have those shirts back by tomorrow. She refused my request to return my property, and said that I would have to pick up the shirts at the time when she commanded. I do not recommend anyone ever giving their business to "Mrs. Clean." To repossess my property, which was not all there, I had to pay a price much higher than what she originally offered and was agreed upon. I was forced to pay a much higher premium on her services in order to get my property back. When she says "I'll give you a discount too!" - What she really means is the exact opposite. I hope that the market responds to her terrible and abusive business practices and runs her out of business.

I was quite happy since I wanted to wear it for a special occasion. when she gave me the bill, I almost fainted the price for hemming a cotton dress with no lining was $40. when I picked up the dress it was perfectly hemmed but I felt it was overpriced.

Three days later, they picked up six loads of laundry from my house, and when they brought everything back, it was in amazing condition. Now, I don't even think about laundry anymore. I just leave it outside on my designated day, and they handle everything. It's been such a relief for my hectic schedule, and I finally have one less thing to worry about.
