I suggest the following to the owners, though: pull the Ms. Pac Man (nothing more depressing than a video game that doesn't work); put some cheap paper towels in the bathroom (for the love of God); and maybe update the magazine section somehow (or just pull it for more space - most of us are staring at our phones while we're here anyway).

First they shrunk one of my wool sweaters, which I had just bought online. They offered me a free dry cleaning, which I accepted. However, all dry cleaned clothes were returned to me with a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell. The smell does not go away even after hanging the clothes for weeks outside. I brought back two sweaters that had been hung for a month and they repeated the dry cleaning for free. The two sweaters smelled even worse when I picked them up. Although their customer service is very good, the clothes they dry clean cannot be worn because of the strong chemical stench they add to them. I do not recommend this dry cleaning establishment.

The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

He was behind the counter taking care of business and helping customers and took time to guide me on which machines to use (and saved me money at same time)! They immediately and arranged to pick up our laundry at our home the same day. They were able to handle over 200 pounds of laundry and return it to us perfectly folded and completely clean by the next afternoon. They are very friendly, responsive, and they do a high-quality work. I highly recommend them.
