When my suits was returned to me the white suit was scorched on the inside lapel, it was torn or cut or something, not sure what happened to it. But when I returned it to them, I was told Clifford said it couldn't have happened there because it would have had an oil stain. I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. But I told his employers to tell him I could not perform my duties on sun morning with a spot in the middle of my white skirt, We never had this problem when Quality cleaners was serving our clothes for over 40 years. I will not be using them again. I was told Clifford said he will reimburse me for cleaning the suit, As I stated it was not cleaned it was new, all it needed was for the wrinkles to be pressed out. I was a bit shocked by how rudely the phone was answered so I stammered a bit and said "Hello" again. The rudeness continued with another "Fitting Room," this time with more attitude than before. A little irritated that the person couldn't find a more welcoming tone, I explained that I have a Mardi Gras Ball gown that needs altering and I wanted to know if they'd be open tomorrow. "No, we not" is the answer I received. Again, giving the woman another chance to get the sale back, I said "You're not open tomorrow?" "No, we not." I said okay, thank you and goodbye. They obviously don't want any more business.

Being new to the area, it's hard to feel comfortable when choosing a place for such services but I figured Cottage Hill has so many boutiques and nice businesses that I'd try The Fitting Room to alter my wedding gown. The Fitting Room is run by mother/daughter team and they have been so friendly and accommodating from the beginning - which I appreciate tremendously. In San Diego, I would only try businesses rated high on Yelp ... in Mobile, there are hardly any businesses rated so I had to take a leap of faith. Today was my first try-on and my dress fits like a glove! All the intricate beading and appliques are exactly where they should be and the side hems that were taken in are done perfectly. My dress looks like it just came off the designers rack.... I'm in awe of the fine work these ladies have done - bravo, bravo!!! Needless to say, I'm one happy (thrilled!!) customer and so thankful to the ladies at The Fitting Room for making my wedding dress perfect for my big day! In doing a survey of friends and neighbors, no one could think of a place to recommend. So, I jumped of good ole faithful, Yelp, my go to site for this new resident. I found Jaguar and decided to call. The clerk was very friendly and assured me that they could handle my items. I explained that the comforter is very heavy and wet would be very awkward to handle. She was very reassuring about their service so I took my items that afternoon. She was very helpful, explained when we could expect the items to be done then took my cell number for notification. I took them on Tuesday afternoon just prior to closing. She said I might expect them by Thursday but most likely Friday. On Thursday I received the text that I could pickup my cleaning, however, I couldn't make it until Friday. I have to say I was so surprised how wonderful they turned out! I definitely recommend this company and can't wait to let them clean my angora sweater set my husband gifted me!

I asked the attendant about the problem and was told that she would have management contact me about the issue. One week later and with no response, I called again and left another message about the problem and asked for a return call. Another week passes and with still no response, I contacted the main office about my problem and was told that they weren't responsible for issues with the washers or dryers but that she worked the following morning and she would have management call me. And here I am now, no return calls to any of the messages that were left and apparently the management at Jaguar Cleaners could care less about any customer issues or complaints with their services. My advice is to save your money on this company as they could care less about their customers.
