I scheduled a last-minute massage after dealing with a severe knot in my neck that was causing headaches. I was genuinely looking forward to this appointment more than any massage I've ever booked. I even excitedly arrived 15 minutes early and proceeded to show the front desk my confirmation text to check in. Unfortunately, they could not locate my appointment in their system and had no idea why. I was told there must have been a double booking because another client had also scheduled the same time slot. I received a brief apology and was simply sent on my way. To drive there, show a confirmed appointment, and still be turned away with no solution or compensation was extremely disappointing. The error was theirs, yet nothing was offered -- not a discount, not a reschedule priority, not even a small gesture like a gift card. I feel like good customer service isn't about being perfect -- it's about how a business handles a mistake. In this case, they did nothing, and that's why I won't be returning.

And the filthy house smelled like cigarette smoke. Do not waste your time or money! You will leave completely stressed! And immediately have to wash everything that you had on and take a hot shower in case of any hitchikers(bugs).

I had severe frozen shoulder syndrome that required manipulation surgery. I was going to PT, but my…read moreshoulders were very tight and knotted up and certain range of motions were not getting any better. My first appointment, Marissa worked on my shoulders and scapula. I was able to tell a huge difference after my first appointment. My surgeon was concerned that I may have to have a second manipulation done since my range of motion to the side and behind my back was not getting any better. My second appointment, Marissa worked on my arm and all the tightness that was I was experiencing. Once she was done, I got dressed and was moving my arm around. I literally almost cried because I was able to move my arm so much better. I was able to reach partially behind my back (which I have not been able to do for almost a a year), and I was able to move my arm off to the side! She's a miracle worker!!! I know with my next appointment, it will get even better! I'm so thankful for her!!
