The girl told me she was hired as the receptionist and the owner trained her on how to use the equipment. I feel like that someone using this type of equipment should at least have an aesthetician background. I was forced to put a credit card on file for future visits, which I felt uncomfortable about. I had previously paid a deposit, and I had to pay a second deposit on this most recent visit. I told the girl that I've already paid two deposits, but she would not give me credit for both. She said that the owner would credit me, but I haven't heard anything and that was November 12.

I scheduled a last-minute massage after dealing with a severe knot in my neck that was causing headaches. I was genuinely looking forward to this appointment more than any massage I've ever booked. I even excitedly arrived 15 minutes early and proceeded to show the front desk my confirmation text to check in. Unfortunately, they could not locate my appointment in their system and had no idea why. I was told there must have been a double booking because another client had also scheduled the same time slot. I received a brief apology and was simply sent on my way. To drive there, show a confirmed appointment, and still be turned away with no solution or compensation was extremely disappointing. The error was theirs, yet nothing was offered -- not a discount, not a reschedule priority, not even a small gesture like a gift card. I feel like good customer service isn't about being perfect -- it's about how a business handles a mistake. In this case, they did nothing, and that's why I won't be returning.
