The massage was nice, not great. However, upon offering a tip of about 20% I was told I needed to give her more money. The lady told me over and over how my tip was not enough. She work so hard, you have to tip more is what I was told. First she didn't even count what tip I gave her before saying this. The lady who massaged me was standing next to me and the other lady was seated at the desk. I told the lady that was sitting it was rude to tell me my tip was not enough. She said no, she work hard and you tip more. I understand sometimes there is a language barrier. However, this lady did not count the tip before telling me it was not enough. If you are looking for a massage do not go to this massage place. I got a coupon for a $45 60 min massage and they had just opened so I figured why not try them out. First thing when I get there the lady behind the front desk tried getting me to buy a more expensive massage and was laughing at the coupon that I had presented her. So, she finally she asked me to pay the $45 for the 60 min massage. I proceed and get the massage which was a decent massage at its best. As I'm trying to leave she proceeds to tell me that I HAVE to pay here a $20 tip. I know right? What the hell! So, I tell her how about I give you $4? She then says "you have to pay me a $20 tip since it was a 60 min massage". I will not be going to this establishment ever again and advise the rest of you to not even glance twice at this place. read more

I called and asked how much a couple's massage was. They told me $100 so I booked an appointment. When we got there she told me it was going to be $110. I explained that's not what I was told over the phone and that I only got enough money out of the ATM to cover that (I held back the tip part). She instantly said what about a tip? I said well I have that too but that's all I brought. She said well next time it's $110. Moving on to the massage(s). For one, couple's massages are usually in the same room. Well not here. They put my husband and I in different rooms. No biggie. The massages were meh. They were good, not great. I've had better and I've had worse. I didn't like the fact that they really didn't use any oil or lotion. Only used one pump on our backs and one for each leg. They spent a good 10+ min holding our legs up to stretch and then pushing down on our wrists (that part was uncomfortable!) They ended my husband's massage before mine and mine ended at 50 min (not 60 min like I paid for). Overall the $20 we saved going here was worth it, I suppose. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give the massage a 7 and the customer service a 4. They're definitely not as professional as most (massage and business dealings). Also when I tipped them $22 (which is a 22% tip) they chuckled like it wasn't enough. I'm a server, I live off tips. I wouldn't tip under 20% unless it was completely awful but like I said, the massage wasn't exceptional so I think what I tipped was definitely fair and I didn't appreciate the ride laugh about it. Been going here for little over a year now; never have bad service and massage is always relaxing and just what I need! I usually get the 70 min body/foot massage and it always goes over the 70 min mark! read more
