I don't even trust them to go back to fix it since it was s simple haircut to begin with. This was my first and last time going there. I have had struggles with scheduling to get what I need done, so make sure you are extra communicative. I think they are honest about setting a treatment plan and what can be achieved. Called to express how upset we are about the situation, and was met with a callous and condensing tone from the owner, who cut his hair. We were given a refund via Venmo, but at the end of the day, I'm appalled by the lack of customer service and care. Jen doesn't educate her clients on what different options she proposes means and has extremely poor, rude customer service when faced with having to admit her messing up (which she never did).
