I came in to Asian nails, they did not want to do feet as soon as we walked in, they were looking at us crazy because they have disabilities If it was us, they would've did it, but since it was them, they're all like let me ask my manager when she said that we need to take them to a podiatrist. read more

What a great experience! I was surprised that a mani/pedi combo was only a few dollars more than one alone, and both were great quality! I love love loved that the pedicure chairs were massage chairs. Heaven. All the surfaces and tools were clean, with new tools coming out of "clean" labeled boxes for each step. So nice! read more

Not a happy camper. I did not have an appointment on a Friday it was an hour wait. I got a manicure and pedicure. The place looked clean and was decorated nicely. After the pedicure the nail lady disappeared. I looked over and she was doing eye brows and then another, then she was manning the cash register. She kept saying be right with you. Ugh !! I said I needed to go soon and she was still pretty busy so I just told her I needed to go. She asked me to pay for a manicure that I hadn't even gotten. Really disappointed won't go back. read more

I have been going to this salon for years. Today was terrible. I paid for a deluxe pedicure & powder dip with a manicure, which cost $187.00. The lady who took "care" of me seemed annoyed the entire two hours we spent together. I am accustomed to having an extra long foot & leg massage with the deluxe pedicure, but didn't get that & also a hand & arm massage with the manicure, didn't get that.....but they charged me for all of it. I called before going and was told walk-ins only and they didn't have anyone waiting. We arrived 5 min later, signed in and waited 15 minutes. Then they asked my daughter to sit at a station. At this point 4 other women were already waiting the lobby area. They called another lady that arrived after my daughter was already at a station and started removing her gel nails before providing any service to my daughter. The cost for my daughter's mani with gel nails was $46, a bit pricey since they were my daughter's own nails. The polish job wasn't that great either, but we had already wasted too much time there to ask them to redo polish. I would prefer to be told upfront that it's a 15 min wait then being told it will be a few minutes. The total experience was 70 minutes long. Two ladies came in without a mask and the staff didn't say anything about masks being mandatory. That really bothered me because there were several senior customers waiting to be serviced or at the drying table. I do not recommend this place. It is overpriced, not good customer service and not following health guidelines to ensure customer safety. I would have given to 1 star but couldn't remove the 2nd star. read more

Nice, clean, good customer service, and quality service. One star off for being on the pricey side. I am visiting here from California and I needed a place to get my nails done. I originally came in for an acrylic fill but the prices were a bit too expensive for me so I decided to just wait until I got back home. I opted for a pedicure instead and had an appointment at 10am. We got there a little before 10am but they took us anyway and seated us in the pedicure chairs right away. The lady who did my pedicure was very gentle and I appreciated that because most of the time the nail technicians I have come across can be a little rough. She was very through with my toes and even took her time with the massage, which I enjoyed. Overall this place is a great place to get your nails done with quality service if you are willing to pay the price. I'm not sure if there are cheaper nail places around but if you're looking for one, this place is pretty good. read more

Short wait nails are nicely shaped but have acrylic in my fingers where there shouldn't be any and feel like I was over charged

So normally I go here and have no issues when I get danny.. however this time I got the real petite girl ,younger looking (the one without the bangs) I dont know her name. And she had kind of an attitude with me but was super nice to everyone else even people just walking in and I was her customer...I got a pedi and a mani and she did the quickest/weakest massages ever! like she really just wanted to be done with me ..seemed like this all came from me needing my nails soaked off in the begining..seemed to bother her. Come here all the time. They usually do a great job. But today they completely ruined my eyebrows. One is almost double the size of the other. Sadly I grew them out for months to get them a perfect shape. I asked to have them done a little thicker and she did the exact opposite of what I wanted on one... I took my girlfriend there for her birthday to get a manicure this past week. The first nail the lady did was crooked. My girlfriend told her this and she continued to file her nail down to practically nothing. Then she told my girlfriend if she didn't like it to go somewhere else.
