The women who did my pedicure was watching TV ( on her cell phone ), which made it difficult for her to concentrate or even have any conversation with me. I am not sure if she misunderstood me, or did not even listen, because I was in pain the entire time she did my nails. I pulled my hand away several times .... My thumb nail is so crooked, with one side being taller then the other ,its a bit embarrasing. I considered returning on my way back through town the following day, but I just could not deal again with the pain I went through. So, fixed it on my own. I will not return, which is pretty bad as I usually can accept that people sometimes have bad days. But, to be watching TV while you are working with a customer is unacceptable in my book. Most places in town charge an extra $10 for gel removal and $5 per nail that you do with a different design. Another thing I love is that she understands the makeup of the nail and doesn't grind it down like many places do. She is super creative so when I go in and can't decide what I want - she is eager to suggest colors and designs. She definitely has a passion for nails!
