I was browsing for items and when I asked product questions she seemed uninformed and hesitant but then would go off on lengthy tangents that were out of context. At one point she posed a question that warranted a response but then seemed unaware she'd even asked a question moments earlier. I later realized she seemed to always have the last word in conversing and it came off as though she was trying to insult or overpower me. The entire experience turned me off as unusual. When I realized I needed to get out of there for the items I came in for and should just go to Princeton which I love it was difficult to politely do so and vacate the premises. The saleswoman wouldn't stop talking or let me leave/cut me off and insisted I listen to something that really just didn't make sense at all and to be honest sucked up a lot of time.

When I called corporate, they told me that the $20 membership automatically renews every 6 months and not every year, like Nate had told me. I also felt like I was pressured into buying the upgraded membership during my second visit, which I found out later was $60. If there was more transparency about the membership price and other relevant information, my star rating would have been higher. This isn't good business practice. Also, if Nate had just apologized to me for his mistake instead of just stating facts without remorse after I gently confronted him or anytime during that visit, he would have gotten a better review. It takes a person of "great" character and integrity to tell the truth and own up to things and apologize if there was any wrongdoing. The associate said she would escalate it to management and they would call me. A few phone calls later, they told me they found my account and confirmed finance had issued my refund yesterday and I'll be getting my refund 3-5 business days from June 18. Getting a refund issued shouldn't have to be complicated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCREWED OVER!!!
