I arrived to my first appointment and was taken back to a room after filling out some paperwork for my initial evaluation. My physical therapist, Dr. Bastian, is a godsend. He was thorough in my initial evaluation and listened to my concerns intently and had a ton of helpful information to ease my mind about everything I am going through. I have had several sessions so far and every time I leave, I feel a bit more encouraged and confident. I trust that with his help and my hard work I will recover from this terrible injury. I will definitely be looking forward down the road when I can update this review when I am healed up! Regarding the facility, upon walking in, it is one large room with the front desk to the left and gym to the right. It is well kept and everything is disinfected after usage. Employees are masked.

Most of them are, they are the ones booked up. A plus is you get to change the therapist you work with if you prefer another. This particular site caters to elderly people. If you have a job and you have to commute with the possibility of being 15 minutes late, go to another facility. You will wait in the lobby if you're on time, but their policy has a 10 minute window where most are 15. Even though that is the policy, a second after 8 minutes you will receive a call asking you to move the already awkwardly booked appointment in your busy day. You could be in the parking lot they don't care. If you don't have a full schedule, if you can come and sit in the lobby and catch up, this is the place for you.

The doctor gave me information that I already received online for free. They provide paperwork full of questions regarding your health and you will need to bring your own blood work from your current doctor, otherwise you'll have to pay out pocket for the blood work. After full review from your short physical exam, your answers from the questions they provide, and review of your blood work; the doctor will give you an overview of what he recommends to help with hollistic healing approaches. He also provides a testimonial presentation of his wife and then gives you an estimation of cost of what he recommends. I looked at the paperwork and my estimation was $4,500. I went home with a piece of paper, a review of health information, and a nice testimony. I believe in the information that was given to me. I just can't afford it. I would recommend offering small steps for people to get healthier and offer a listing of prices for doing so, instead of offering large quote amounts. Not only will they gain more insight and trust with the doctor, they too will have their own testimony and will be more willing to pay higher rates because they too have experienced changes with this office. I would also offer payment plans or smaller deposits in order for patients to experience. It has to be a 'give and take process' when it boils down to gaining relationships with future patients. People believe in natural health, but can only move forward with a budget. Make it more affordable for people. Give more payment options.

However, Lorena in case management is a GEM! Things kind of got confusing as we were ready to leave as none of the main items we needed at home (bedside commode, wheelchair) were ordered for us. However, Lorena (not our original case manager) stepped in and solved the problem efficiently within 24 hours.
