The friendly & attentive demeanors emanating from the staff, as a whole, really made me feel so comfortable trusting that I was in the right place. I was referred by a friend who had the same procedure I was contemplating. We both had done some homework and it was really beneficial because the results really speak for themselves. What really made a strong impact for me was Dr J's confidence in his abilities to provide me the best possible service, because I really didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted. Recently moved locations into a much nicer facility. However, were not clear on the address which requires you to put North Wymore road not just Wymore road. Was less than 15 mins late as a result of this and they would not see me -despite that I was here for a 15 min procedure and had been scheduled a 30 min block. Prices are good compared to where I live in Philadephia, so if you can get seen would be worth it. I am not sure how they compare to prices around this area though. I only chose this place bc I've been a patient in the past. She wouldn't see me until I filled out the paperwork, despite that nothing has changed in my medical history since the last time I was here. So, there would have been plenty of time to complete my procedure (laser hair removal) despite my late arrival if I hadn't had to repopulate additional paperwork. Wouldn't rate so low over the address mix up -I understand I was late- but the woman Diana was so insistently arguing me about how I had been to this location before (I had not, my last appt was in 2014 which I know bc she looked it up -wasting more time I could have been getting the treatment) and how she had been clear to mention the "north" part of the address when calling to remind me. Obviously either of us could have been correct, but I am usually one that pays close attention to detail so I feel like I would not have missed that - and either way my biggest issue is the lack of professionalism to argue with me in front of other customers about how I had been to this location before. Update Oct 4th - In response to the doctor's review below...I did choose to wait for over an hour and a half to see if Diana would fit me in. There were 2 separate times where she was on the computer for 20 minutes, not treating me and not treating other patients and when I asked if I could be seen then she said she had to fill out her post treatment documentation immediately. So after almost two hours of waiting, I decided not to waste any more of my vacation day sitting in this (albeit very nice) office being talked down to and ignored. Also my apologies for not remembering the exact location of an office building I had not been to in 3 years in a state I don't live in. First off, I need to start by saying that I absolutely love everyone who works here. Every single person I have interacted with was so professional and extremely pleasant. I had found Dr. Joseph by just doing a google search for breast augmentation near me and his stood out the most to me due to all of the before and after pictures that also included their measurements and the CC's he implanted. I put in my information to be contacted about a consultation and three days later I got a call that they had an opening that day! I went in and was surprisingly shocked that the consultation was with Dr. Joseph himself. Normally it's with a nurse at other places. Right away I was impressed. He took his time and thoroughly explained everything I could possibly need to know about a breast augmentation. I felt extremely comfortable right from the start that he knew what he was doing and was very good at it. We then went into another room where him and his assistant took my measurements and he asked me what I was looking for and gave me his opinion of what would be good for my body measurements. Needless to say I was extremely happy and comfortable with Dr. Joseph that I made the deposit and scheduled the surgery that same day. Before going into surgery he saw me to say hi and measure me one last time. I had mentioned that I thought about it and wanted it a little bigger given that it was going under the muscle and he had no problem! After surgery I was so happy with how every process went. From the consultation, appointments in between, to after surgery, and every follow up appointment after that. To say that I am extremely happy with my results would be an understatement. I have never had so much confidence than I do now. I am beyond grateful I found Dr. Joseph for this change in my life. I have recommended everyone to him and even had a friend get hers done by him as well. I would highly, highly recommend getting anything done by him. After getting my breast augmentation done and being extremely happy with the whole process, I decided to get laser hair removal here as well with Diana! I'm convinced that only the best of the best works here because she was also extremely knowledgeable and throughly went over everything with me. I had my first session and was a little nervous it was going to hurt but it didn't at all. She makes sure that you're comfortable the whole time and asks if everything is okay during the process. I had two areas done which took a total of maybe 10-15 mins. She is down to earth and keeps you talking to distract you which I loved. You can tell she's been doing this for awhile and loves it. I was referred to this place by my friend. I thought I was getting top of the line treatment. This was my actual experience: In order to comfort me, Diana told me that laser hair removal is painful to everyone. Diana told me that I screamed so loudly that people heard me in the other rooms. Diana told me that the PAIN caused me to move too much and this was the reason I have so many remaining patches after 12 treatments. Diana told me that according to FL Statues, Laser Hair Removal is ONLY 80% REDUCTION (not removal). Diana comforted me by telling me to get xanax (prescription medication) from my friend to help me deal with all the anxiety that I experienced from the laser treatments. It was so troublesome trying to reach Diana via phone (a week) to reschedule one appointment. On my seventh treatment, Diana tried to comfort me by bringing an ice roller to counter the tremendous pain from the laser. It worked and I asked if she could always use it on me thereafter and she said "yes". Unfortunately, Diana could not use the ice roller any more because it was "not for laser" and she just "borrowed" it from another provider to "try to help" me. I called and chewed Diana out over the phone concerning rescheduling my appointment and related my problems to her. Finally, amazingly, the cooling mechanism was actually turned back up (an ice roller was not necessary at all) and the very last treatment was actually as stated above "virtually painless." The cooling mechanism must have been too expensive to use on a Military Veteran like myself. Diana spoke of touch-ups and possibly another package, but I say no more. About 6 months before I got married I started coming here for monthly facials. I wanted to make sure my skin was at its best. Because those pics are forever! ;) I always see Jami and she is amazing and so sweet! The first appointment she asked a lot about my skin. I have very sensitive skin and cannot tolerate many things, unfortunately. So, she made sure that everything she used was extra gentle, including limiting the amount of steam. As we went along, we figured out what works best for my skin. Two weeks before the wedding I had my last facial. She let me know that if I ended up with a big ole stress zit or something that she would squeeze, pun intended, me in for a mini facial. Luckily, I didn't! However, she was so considerate that she called me to check on me to see how my skin was before the big day. She also let me know I could still come in if needed. Like I said, Jami is amazing!
