He came in on a Sat am and did an emergency surgery for me to drain the infection. His staff, Meredith and Kathleen are just sweethearts. They are friendly, kind, considerate and passionate about their work in the office. My wait time was minimal to none. He is always on time. He has compassion for the patient that shows through each visit. The office experience is simple and easy, carefree and quick. My daughter was on the exam table and ended up fainting. It was so fast there wasn't even time to catch her. Off the exam table she went, right into the floor. Dr. Lane jumped into action, evaluated her and then held her on the floor until she knew she was okay. I'm confident in her judgement and so happy we found her. Daughter is okay and we will keep making the drive to Estero to see her!
