Indeed, Dr. Briseno spends a lot of time with his patients, however, much of that time is spent on him typing and talking into his little recorder, or taking a call from "his neighbor", or discussing his military service. Had he given our concerns a minute of attention, he might have discovered that my husband was indeed very ill. The fact that many reviewers comment on Dr. B's military service and the amount of time he spends with patients explains why he didn't have time when it was my husband's turn to see him.

He personally calls you on the phone if labs or tests come back with something he needs to discuss immediately instead of having a nurse call you to setup up another appointment. He never rushes you even though he is extremely busy. Sometimes your wait time is a little longer but he is well worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr Charles Briseno.

My doctor with the group retired so they scheduled me with one of the other doctors. OK, same day, hour later. Then I get a call saying that time's no good, can I come in an hour earlier - ok - no problem. Then I get a voice mail and text message saying the appointment has been changed to a MONTH earlier! They obviously have a completely inefficient office staff! Does not give me a warm fuzzy feeling about the quality of care this group now provides, the reliability of messages back and forth between staff and doctor (when you call in to speak to the doctor you can never speak with him/her, it's always staff will relay the message and get back to you), nor the validity of reported test results. C'est dommage!

We interviewed other concierge practices in the Lee/Collier vicinity and it was apparent in the 1st meeting that we were a perfect fit. We couldn't be more pleased with his exceptional, professional and thorough care. While we are very healthy 69 and 70 yr. olds, unexpected things occur. As exceedingly careful as we have been throughout this pandemic, we were exposed to and contracted Covid-19. When my condition deteriorated to a very concerning level, my husband called Dr. Tritel who immediately responded and intervened. He assessed the conditions my husband was explaining over the phone, and calmly and with absolute conviction advised my husband to call 9-1-1 to get me to the hospital immediately. I was admitted, diagnosed with double pneumonia and with Dr. Tritel's intervention and constant communication with the hospital and my husband, received the utmost care and the Remdesivir treatment and Convalescent Plasma through the clinical trial in place between the hospital and the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Tritel was pro-active in seeking these treatments on my behalf. We are 100 percent convinced this would not have occurred without Dr. Tritel. While he will not take credit for saving my life, I am stating for you in this review that is very much the case. We were beyond pleased with our relationship with Dr. Tritel prior to this life changing experience; we are now beyond grateful to Him for his dedication to his patients and our care. I waited 2.5 months for an appointment with Dr. Mila Kmezic. I received a phone call from her…read moreoffice stating that she was going to a meeting and wouldn't be able to see me for my appointment. I was asked to reschedule. I was notified of this with only 24 hours notice of my appointment. Of course, I won't be rescheduling with Dr. Mila Kmezic. I find her actions to be rude and inconsiderate.
