What could have been an incredibly stressful, embarrassing, and emotional experience was handled with professionalism, compassion, respect, and absolutely no judgment. From the very beginning, David was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring. He treated the situation--and everyone involved--with genuine dignity.
The amount of work that was accomplished was truly unbelievable. They sorted through, removed, hauled away, and cleared out years of accumulated belongings, leaving the condo clean and ready to be put on the market. They didn't just "clean out" the property--they gave us back a space that we could actually see the potential in again.
Their communication was excellent, they were dependable, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. They tackled every challenge that came up without hesitation and consistently went above and beyond what we expected.
By the time they were finished, the transformation was night and day. What initially seemed like an overwhelming project became manageable because we knew we were in capable and caring hands.
And as an extra kindness, any items that were salvageable were donated by David to a Domestic Violence Shelter.
