Any issues with tenants get reported if greater than a specific dollar amount, otherwise the property manager will take care of all things. There is a monthly statement that shows you the profit/losses. The expenses will be clearly labeled in an owners portal. Kevin is great to work with and is available to meet if needed. Kevin will make the rental as passive as you would like (where he will take care of everything), but you have the option to be involved too. Great company, good value, with knowledgeable staff that has gotten me great tenants. I definitely recommend them for real estate property management!
