Ana and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and if they don't have what you're looking for (which would be very rare), they will try their best to track it down for you and get it ordered. They carry top of the line vitamins and supplements. This isn't stuff that you can find at Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc... in fact, if you're spending your money at any place like that, stop now. Not all vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements are created equal. I'm a massage therapist and I have extensive training in holistic health and we were always taught in school to never buy supplements from places like that because you have no idea what's actually in them. No one is regulating them (like the FDA for example), so companies like Walmart can literally put whatever they want in their so called supplements. Not to mention the owner, Ana is one of the sweetest most caring people you will ever meet and she will always go above and beyond for you.
