He said he knows how to do his job and made us look like drug addicts in front of other people in the line. I was so embarrassed and bought the insulin and left and got the syringes at Walmart without a problem. I was just trying to save money buying them at the pharmacy because the vet wants triple the price. After we left he called the vet and told them we were trying to buy syringes. My vet called and said she would get a prescription but it was definitely odd since you didn't need a prescription for them.
