Jamison, the owner operator, told me what would help would be injectables in my checks to "lift" my face. OK. Made sense to me. He also told me that since I wanted to not look like a chipmunk, 1 vial would do. Ok. He also told me women have cried after they saw their results. Said he loves doing these injections. After the swelling went down on my face, there was no discernible difference. None. $600 gone. I contacted the business and told them of my dissatisfaction with the result. Or non-result. Dawn, his assistant called. She explained to me , "that happens". That happens? Why was I not told about that? "Jamison likes to go conservative. " How about if I make another appointment to get another vial? Not gratis. Not discounted. Another $600. Wow! $600 wasted the first time. I feel I was lead on. Maybe my fault. Maybe I was vulnerable. Or hopeful. I will tell you that if he had told me that I needed 2 vials I would have probably done it. I was never told or warned or made aware that one vial may not be enough. But to be "roped" into another, very poor business practice. I went on their Facebook page and put in this exact review. They deleted it. So do not believe their glowing reviews. They have been gleaned and specifically chosen.

So she called the billing department and told them to resubmit the bill to Humana and refund me my money because I am covered for the visit. The. doctor bill in total was 1008.00. I will never use them again. They over bill patients.
