They had zero record of my transaction. I had to send them my bank statement only before they were able to locate my order. I was told it was in circulation but still have not received it. I heard back today after telling them I would like a refund since I didn't receive the paper and they told me "we don't do refunds. Sorry." That is some fine customer service work right there. Julie was not helpful and offered zero resolution. It's clear they are hurting for subscriptions seeing as how they won't refund me the $40 I paid to them. I have filed a claim with my bank to receive my refund that way. I only recommend them if you have nothing much money to blow and time to waste while you wait for a newspaper to never be delivered to you.

It has everything you could want from bookmarks, coasters, keychains, new and used books of all kinds and genres and a ton of cute little accessories! What I thought was so nice was that they have a LOT of Chagrin Falls themed cute gifts, which is perfect if you want to send someone a postcard or even get yourself a gift! They even have hats with Fireside logo on it. How cool they have they're own merch?! So if you love this place you'll definitely want to rep the merch!! The coolest part is there is an UPSTAIRS, yes an UPSTAIRS!!! Your getting two bookstores in one. It is the coziest little bookshop I've ever been in and will be coming back! This isn't your average used bookstore…read more I stopped by Paper Peddler's Out of Print Books to look around. It is a little hard to find, and the sign was a little faded which made it look like it might have closed - but don't let that deter you. They were stocked with all sorts of old books, magazines, papers, sheet music, and posters. Much of it seemed over 100 years old. I almost bought a book on craniofacial surgery from 1904. I looked at a Harper's magazine from the 1870's and Good Housekeepings from the 1930's. Prices were reasonable and the woman at the front of the store was very friendly.

It was great to see kids play with puppets and stuffed animals. Some children played with books while others read. We just happened to be present when author Jowan Smith was reading to children. We really enjoyed the readings, and the children were engaged. The Starbucks worker passed out vanilla drinks to enjoy while we listened. We will definitely return soon.

I have plenty of books to purchase and I am holding them in my arms and it's not fun. It looks like a 30 min. wait. THEY KNEW CHRISTMAS WAS COMING, they should've staffed up. They should've had extra check out areas this is really upsetting.
