Some who had already been seen but were waiting to see if it was necessary to go back in to take more of the cells out. I am still sitting here, it is 2 p.m.and an hour ago I was notified that they did not need to go back in. BUT, I would have to wait another 40 minutes before the Plastic surgeon could see me. The whole experience was like watching an assembly line be taken care of a the cash register drawer dinging. I have had Mohs surgery before and was cared for like an independent patient, the procedure never taking more than an hour. I am at 6 hours and there is still someone ahead of me. Livid and disgusted!!!! Wednesday, Update Today I had a conversation with Abbey, Dr.Lewis's operation manager. I commend Dr.Lewis on her choosing Abbey for this position. She was amazingly, professional. Abbey's respectfully listened to my concern regarding the situation that occurred yesterday ;my hideous waiting time for the completion of my Mohs surgery and the overbooking of patients that were gathered in the office etc. Her acknowledging my dissatisfaction , without excuses was extremely satisfying. She understood why I was upset and recognized that I had been a patient since the practice had begun. I have now reconsidered the idea of not leaving the practice. And thank you Dr. Lewis and Abbey for not undermining my complaint.

…read more this was my 3rd procedure/experience with dr.schnitt and before I brag on him as a surgeon, you should know he's one of the best humans i've met. he is first class all around, and once you do a procedure with him, you'll know exactly what I mean, this is his true and consistent nature. dr. schnitt is a incredible surgeon and really has perfected his art, he's a true artist when it comes to cosmetics. Regardless of your goals or age, they will put you on the highest possible dose of T in grape seed oil(toxic and cheap) and recommend some variation of Clomid for the foreseeable future(Unbelievably unethical). Your unhealthy estrogen will spike and INSTEAD of lowering your dose of T, they'll put you on a dose of Anastrazole much higher than anywhere near needed or healthy. I personally experienced PERMANENT NON-male pattern baldness hairline thinning in multiple areas from the combination of excessive prescribing, length of prescription for medications, and unnecessary high dosage of everything.
