I was really disappointed with my recent experience with this establishment. I've been a client for years. Moved away and just moved back. Inject RX Wellness does not inform you at the time of of making the appointment that they no longer participate in Alle or that they've now implemented a $50 rescheduling fee after the 24 hour window of your appointment. Instead, you find out through a text message reminder the day before your appointment. When you're already locked within that 24 hour window. That's frustrating and feels deceptive. I suffer from migraines and unfortunately woke up with one the morning of my appointment, which made it impossible for me to drive. On top of that, friends of mine have also shared concerns that they may be watering down the Dysport, as the results don't seem to last as long as they should. And to make matters worse, they now ask for a tip?! At a med spa, which is highly unusual and unprofessional for a medical-grade service. Overall, the lack of communication, questionable practices, and added fees have made me lose trust in this place. I've even referred people to them. Hence, I will no longer be going to them and advised everyone I have referred to do the same. I miss when it was Liv 2 100. read more

This place is a joke. They REFUSE to answer the phone and will continually hang up on you. For any business that requires customers to spend money with them, this is really, really stupid behavior. And if they don't "need" new business, I have questions for how they're really making their money. Reprehensible behavior. I normally go to the Mizner location for my injectables but my husband & I went to the West location on a Saturday (yes, we had appointments) for IV. I had bought a package of 3 for each of us. I wouldn't go back there for IV therapy. They were very clearly rushing because they said they were closing early and the pushed our IVs way too fast. I get the same cocktail everywhere I go same with my husband. This is the first time that we were not only both physically sick but there's an additive that we've been getting for years and we know that it can cause an unpleasant odor, especially if pushed too fast. OMG! 2 days later and we still smelled. Showering over & over doesn't help because it comes through your pores. We did everything to try & flush it, including a whole extra bag of just fluids the next day. Plus the West location is dirty. I love the Mizner location but I'll never go back the the one out west. read more

InjectRX is the best! All of the staff are helpful and bring so much knowledge. They are not overly pushy like other medical spas in the area and are very welcoming from the moment you enter the door. They are my go to for injections, IV services, and weight loss/management services. I wrote a review a year ago about my terrible experience with Kim, and unfortunately, my lips have only gotten worse. The filler has migrated everywhere, leaving me with an uneven, unnatural look. They should be responsible for dissolving it, but no one has reached out to me since my original review. Every time I call, I get no answers or help. If you want to be ignored and left with botched results, this is the place for you. I regret ever coming here. read more

They had better pricing a few years ago that made the trip worth while but with gas, tolls & an hour drive the higher pricing is not worth me going back & now I stay local. Im going to give this place 3 stars because Im not quite seeing any difference in my eye area, its been 2 weeks and after what I thought was a little swelling, my eyes still look the same it feels like the filler just went away... I have read some of the other reviews with the same issue. Too bad, because the staff is wonderful and friendly. Do your homework & make sure your seeing the filler box opened in front of you if your going too invest a-lot of money. Sometimes deals are not really a deal. read more

I don't usually get on here, but truly I don't think what happened to me is in any means moral. I came here about 6 months ago to get my lips done. Krish did a horrible job and immediately I started freaking out crying at how bad my lips looked. Completely disproportional. Krish offered to dissolve the bigger side of my upper lip (free of charge). This made my lips look so lopsided with filler on only one side. I've done my research and I'm no expert, but he should not have done so right after injecting me with filler. I came back and they (rudely) agreed to fix my lips free of charge and told me to wait months before returning. I have been walking around like a clown, people point out how disproportionate my top lip is. I recently reached out to have them fix me again (I'm not a scammer I'm INSECURE) and I was told that Krish refuses to inject me!!!! Even if I paid!!!! I'm a young law student. I don't mean to be difficult, but I find this to be unethical. Krish is the owner too. Please consider going ANYWHERE ELSE. And beware...the girls working at the front desk are the rudest people in customer service I have ever encountered. I'm left botched and forced to have another practitioner fix his work. I've been here twice. I really enjoy the people who work here and they do a great job with the kiss lip filler. The reason I made it 3 stars is because I paid $400 for kybella, a chin augmentation injection. The girl who did it said it would be very swollen for two weeks and then it would go down and i'd have no more double chin. It has been over a month and it looks the same as before I got this done, possibly even a little worse. Very disappointed I spent that much for nothing to come from it. read more

OK, I've been coming to the spa for a long time. Highly recommended everybody there is so friendly and so helpful but mostly so knowledgeable. I normally do work with. Kirsh , He's excellent. But I gotta be honest with you every everybody there is great. I ended up using a new injector. Her name was Amanda, and I got to tell you she was thorough. She took her time. We were on the same page before doing the work I felt very comfortable. I absolutely loved her to death and I hope to work with her again. But like I said, you cannot go wrong with any injector there. It's been a week and I'm seeing my results beautifully I can't wait to see her and tell her how everything turned out. DO NOT USE this "med spa" for any procedure which requires actual medical training. Went in for PDR threads, at lightning speed during consultation the price doubled. You sign a consent form which DOES NOT COME CLOSE TO BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO EXPERIENCE!!!!! It is an invasive, torturous, excruciating painful procedure. You will leave swollen beyond recognition. With open wounds that are seriously bleeding, dangerous bruising, completely traumatized and in shock. You are told to take ibuprofen while they snatch the credit card from your hand. Share this information with friends, family even your enemies who may be considering this business. I was recommended to InjectRX by a friend and this is my new forever place for all things wellness! I initially came in for some Dysport and filler but then saw they have IV drips. My whole experience was so smooth and welcoming since the minute I walked in and was greeted by the friendly front desk girls. I wound up signing up for one of their memberships to remind myself to come in for a drip monthly and on top of that I get some awesome discounts on Dysport! Worst medical facility in Boca. The company takes your money and then continues to lie about why the purchased medicines were not sent or received. They try blaming the client first. Every representative I have dealt with there has quit blaming horrible mgmt and working conditions.Dpnt risk your health or wallet and stay far away from this place. They also provide services and rx without appropriate lab work, accept and write fake prescriptions without a patient visit, and violate most of the Palm Beach County Health dispensing regulations. Really disappointed. First time going to this spa for dysport ...1 1/2 months later completely gone. I bought some on Groupon but then paid full price for additional units once I got there. I can understand watering it down for groupon prices but not for the usual full price. I went here because I had gone to one of the owners at another spa that he was at and he did a great job. I am very knowledgable and experienced regarding quality of facilities and injectors. Liv2100 is THE ONLY place I will go for cosmetic enhancement. Liv2100 is by far, the BEST! The facility is 5 star, the quality of their products is 100%, the team of employees work together like a well oiled machine to make everything run so smooth and comfortable for the clients. Every single injector is so educated on the best, most current information and techniques. I started off only seeing Erika because she is SO AMAZING. Then I went to someone else when Erika wasn't available (Erika gets booked up fast sometimes because she's amazing) and was shocked at how great that other injector was as well. Now I go to Krishna, whom I had only recently met in the last 4 months, and there's no words for his vision, sight, and talent, along with his knowledge and precision. These appointments are all scheduled and confirmed by, probably the best receptionist I've ever met, the beautiful Amanda. She handles everything on point, calmly and with grace. She is the receptionist I had most interaction with. That is not to take away from Johana who is also always on point, excellent, and so friendly, or Nicole the regional manager who is sometimes at the desk to give an extra set of hands, & oversee that all the clients are happy and handle any extra technicalities. You'll find the management and owners very involved and available because this establishment was created with love, as each staff member is has their heart in it. I was referred to LIV2100 from multiple friends and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place as well! This was my first experience with Botox and I had no idea what to expect in terms of the process and results but my PA Krish walked me through it and put me at ease. It was COMPLETELY painless and over within minutes!!! I'm SO happy with my results and the treatment I received.
