We would love for them to repair/replace some doors at many of our rental properties. However, they do not respond to email or return phone calls. He stored the materials for our project so that we could get them at a cheaper rate by ordering ASAP. (Every company we contacted was months away from starting new projects so my tip; get the bids many months before you want your project completed bc every company was backed up) Gary told us that the colors we wanted for our deck initially probably wouldn't actually look good with our house color, so we trusted Gary's opinion on that and so glad we did!!! Our deck matches perfectly and looks like it came with the house. Also, Gary opined that we should change the stair layout from the original layout with our old deck, and he was right about that! Aaron was our builder and he was here every day working well past dark. He is MacGyver! He must be a genius with physics. He left the worksite cleaner than he found it. Angie works in the office and always responded to every question promptly and is very helpful. She helped us fill out the Timbertech warranty when the project was finished. Great team to work with! Trustworthy and very reliable. We love our new deck and have no regrets with using GM.
