However the office never submitted the results to the VA and that was confirmed by a phone call to them. I called several times and was told they were working on it. I requested a copy of my records and they said they could not give them to me. I filed a complaint and they denied receiving that request and said the request must be in writing, however that was not told to me when I called in the request. They may be excellent dentist however if being sent there by the VA do not waste your time as they will not complete the process deny you access to your records, or at least that was my experience.
