started my procedure and halfway through dr, bogdan negrut leaves for another location and the new dentist says hes not qualified to finish, after making an apoint, at 2:00 i arrived on time on;y to be told it will be 1,5 hours to be seen. i left after agreeing to a 9: 30 the next morning, i sat for one hour that morning and asked what was going on, she said the previous day she was on her lunch break, i told her i took of work for that? shes threatens me with the cops. the new dentist comes out and tells me hes not qualified to finish, this week ill file a complaint in small claims court, what a clownshow,,,beware . , read more

Very unprofessional, the staff does not do sufficient work they don't even verify insurance before appointments. They allow you to take off work missing entire work day show up without even verifying if you they take your insurance after speaking to you four times and you gAve them the insurance information DAYSSS PRIOR stop hiring people that don't want to work that is what's going on in the US!!right now you guys are hiring staff that never want to do their JOB stop inconveniencing the lives of other people I would never go here or recommend anyone here! 5 months ago i had 4 teeth treated for cavities..........the dentist left unfinished edges that i had to return for another doctor to "fix" the mess..........i went back last month for another exam only to find out that the same teeth that were treated 5 months ago now need to be extracted......it begs the question whether all the decay was removed by the first dentist...........i guess i'll never know..........patients beware read more

I scheduled an appointment for 4:15 to shave down one tooth that I wanted even to the other. I waited in the waiting for a little bit and the went for exams which I figured I mean it doesn't hurt to get your teeth examined since I haven't in a long time staff seemed sweet especially the girls which they are I cannot complain about the staff but what I don't want to complain about is the the fact that I came in and spent a little bit waiting and then got told all the things I needed to get done which is fine but when they went over the cost of all the things they suggested i could not afford in all reality I came in only for one tooth to be the same size as the one next to it they told me after I said that's all I want to do today that they were closed and couldn't do it I feel like I just wasted my time I got off work early for that and then the next available appt would have been may 17 keep in mind it's April 24th 2025 obviously not the girls fault but I'm upset because they could have told me over the phone when they called or when I immediately got there that with exams and all that that they could not do that tooth shaving right then and there other than that I do appreciate how long the staff were read more

I knew I needed to get dentures and went to the new office at 5000 suite A Okeechobee Rd, Fort Pierce Fl. They advertised free dental consultations my consultation was on August 17, 2022. X-rays were taken and I met Dr Negrut to discuss the results. As suspected I was in need of dentures. Dr Negrut and this staff explained the X-rays to me and the condition of my teeth and suggested removal and denture. A financial plan was presented to me by Sheena Francillon. I returned on September 19, 2022 to have the impressions made. This was an easy process. The removal process was done on September29,2022 and the dentures were installed. Went back the next day for a follow-up and I am going again today for another follow-up. Dr Negrut and his entire stall are all entirely competent, courteous and knowledgeable. These places are like Walmart of dentistry. The same guy that told me that certain medicines can cause receding gums and tooth loss for certain reasons such as not proper salivation amongst other reasons and then when I went and got a second opinion after an incident elsewhere, he kept saying oh it was probably a cavity. The last time I saw that dentist at Aspen they were ready to sign me up for $40,000 finance on new teeth because they just wanted to start pulling teeth unnecessarily so they can get started on giving A 42-year-old person a full set of dentures when not even halfway close to that. Anyway, the greed definitely shows because it's almost like they're trying to sell you a car the way they present you with some BS that they make up why they have to pull out all your teeth and make you a person adventures so you're all know for I think it was 16 for the top and 15 for the bottom or something. But they were happy because signing up and finance made for the rest of my life on an SSDI income. It's definitely like getting your teeth pulled one year going grocery shopping or something. I don't want some fast tracked dentist or any medical professional fast tracked through anything. You're really rolling the dice when you see medical attention these days people are super clueless that if they have a certain title as a job and carry special insurance just in case, I don't feel bad taking 6 months of all of their pain so that they have to spend their savings for 6 months on bills. I have no empathy for lying butcher people that just and that they don't have a clue what's going on regarding this matter when they could have just reached out one time and helped themselves. Now it's getting expensive and my lawyer had it happen to him as well from somewhere else and they can't stop anybody from suing their insurance. Especially when I have my doctor for 15 years in the know of every single thing that has happened regarding that establishment and the one that disfigured me as well. He's very familiar with what they are on the floor because he's been my doctor for 15 years and and if they never offered any assistance especially after the grievance was wild, they're screwed once in my lawyer contacts them and explains the severity of felony charges. That does not pertain to Aspen Dental however. But Aspen Dental could have been truthful about a second opinion when I went for one. He thinks that maybe there was a cavity in one tooth and just so happens, that for Keith from that very day we're broken and are still broken and half to be replaced with implants along with two other teeth but Aspen Dental should have seen the slice in My flesh on top of the roof of my mouth gouging the back of my teeth when it stopped abruptly and this stress crack from the drop, made it only a matter of time before the teeth sheared off completely. If Aspen showed a little bit of sense in the injury, they would have got the work of the expensive implants for validating an accident or injury of some kind happened at the dentist. And I had the films from before and after. I could see the damn crack down my front tooth and I could catch it with my fingernail after that day until the front tooth totally sheared off while I was eating a soft piece of cake. Another tooth to the right it's still wiggles and gets caught when I speak sometimes and hurts like something unimaginable. If they refuse to seek payment from my insurance company after the grievance and saying they will not, they stole any money that I could have used to temporarily fix this BECAUSE I'm getting sick and worn down for not eating and they're causing health problems for sure with not sleeping and malnourishment. Aspen just wanted to sucker me into signing on the dotted line for $40,000 for new teeth that's all they cared about. Aspen Dental in Ft Pierce Florida is horrible. Scheduled an emergency visit for 8AM last Friday. I had two abscesses, my mouth was swelling and in terrible pain. Got there, they took me right in - for x-rays. They could have called my former Dentist for these, but no - 60 minutes shooting film. Then the Doctor examines and confirms the source of my pain and promises to call in antibiotics that day to my pharmacist. Then, I was shown a $12K estimate for all of the work they want to perform on me. They did not even take into consideration my insurance which I presented. Fast forward to the 2p hour when the office closed. No prescription was called in for me. No emergency care phone number, just more number to schedule an appointment. All weekend in pain - no meds. This was horrible and unacceptable. They just seem to want to sell more services instead of taking care of the matter at hand. I will never return to this place for what they have done to me. Left me hanging in pain over the entire weekend. Still in pain. Called them this morning. Hoping they will call in the meds this morning. read more

Aspen Dental in Fort Pierce, FL. New office (7/2022). FL gets a bad rap for medical but we've been fortunate at every new doctor we've signed up with. Aspen Dental and Dr. Negrut and the team in Ft. Pierce are no exception. Their customer service is second to none - and going to the dentist isn't on my top ten list of things I want to do but they definitely made is as good as it could be. A super staff and team who impress me with how respectful they are of each other and how patient and tolerant they were with me in making sure I knew and understood the information being presented to me. Super cool that they have tvs so that if you're in the chair and they have to step away, it's so nice to sit back, relax and watch whatever you want! Nice feature! Full disclosure: I had a VERY deep periodontal cleaning (thank you, Alda) followed by a tooth extraction (Dr. Negrut) and then the implant.
