Penny at Dr. Maxson's office immediately reached out to the endodontist to discuss why the endodontist would not accept the CT scan. Then she arranged a call between Dr. Zen (Dr. Maxson's office) and the endodontist. They discussed the diagnosis and the CT scan findings. The endodontist agreed to accept the CT scan from Dr. Maxson's office. I was extremely pleased the way Penny immediately responded to my review and advocated for me with the endodontist. I further discovered that Dr. Maxson's office proactively takes the CT scan at a discounted price to help patients save on this costly procedure as other specialists charge a much higher price for the CT scan. I really appreciated the proactive actions by Penny and the support from Dr. Zen to help me with the referring endodontist. I want to thank Penny for her excellent customer service.

Every other male dentist I've ever had the misfortune of seeing, cares not primarily about the pain or treatment of the patient, rather what size of bill they can rack up. I will never visit another male dentist again, including a particularly vicious one I visited in Jupiter who inadvertently admitted to enjoying causing pain to patients. In some ways, I want to keep Dr. Holley a secret because she's my own little Tooth Saint but it wouldn't be fair to not share her. She's the best and she's lovely, so go see her and taste a rare breath of fresh air in dentistry, it just doesn't get any better than the Holley practice.

They took me to an area where I could find out the prices and get checked in as a new patient. After looking over the prices and I know what other places wanted to charge me for a replacement that's why I decided to replace it. My only hiccup with Aspen is.........when calling on a repair for my denture there is a wait time. I have used other dentists and the call goes like this......." me: I have a hot spot on my new denture. Them: I have an appointment opening in 2 weeks, nothing sooner. Other offices I have been at.......me: My new denture has a hotspot. Them: come in whenever you want, we'll work you in." That's what I was expecting when I bought it from them. 6 weeks after I bought it, one tooth fell out while eating a crispy chicken wing. I called, granted it was 2 days before Christmas. They are doing me a favor and got me 5 days later. Another BIG problem is...when I came in to purchase another set they saw the ones I was wearing at the time. After I bought and paid for them and was picking them up the doctor said."oh they are a little smaller than the ones you have". A little? We went in the same day and met with Michaela (BEST NURSE EVER) who walked my very nervous father and I through every detail with the utmost care. She was able to soothe his worries while also giving me all the details we needed to be able to prepare for the medical and financial side of things. We then met with Dr. James E. Strauss DMD who was equally kind and knowledgeable. He was able to further explain the procedure my dad needed and answer any of our remaining questions. The whole visit was as good as it can get when you need to see a dentist. It was much faster than we anticipated but we appreciated how urgently they took care of things and were able to alleviate his pain. They also offered him IV sedation to help with his pain and to also keep him as comfortable as possible due to his medical history. At no time did we feel rushed, and the whole time we had people checking in on us making sure we were comfortable. Everyone, from the front desk staff and finance to the nurses and doctor, were the best medical care I have ever seen at a dentist's office. ****We have dental insurance, that they (unfortunately) do not accept, and we STILL chose to come here after many recommendations and promises of quality care and clear communication of expected costs.**** Highly, highly recommend.
