It is still your responsibility do not believe them and read the small print. Sure the front office is busy but dont tell a client you will do somerhing and not do it and then back track and say its on me when i requested your office administrator check coverage date and eligibility due to a new job and dates differ. Even after spending $$$ for dental work there was No working with the client to admit fault just hide behind small print. Besides trying to make money and suggesting I get my teeth pulled when I didn't need to the receptionist still would not admit she didn't look up anything prior to an appt made for a simple x ray and teeth cleaning. Please seek another Dentist there are plenty of other dentists that are honest in Hutch so I have learned. I did write Dr Evans and I received $25 for my time in writing the letter even after I pointed out other practices had admitted each Dentist can write off mistakes like the one that happened with me. I explained to her that I have Delta Dental Insurance and it should cost around $90 or less. She became indignant and claimed that I was not a good fit for their dental office. So, if they try to overcharge you, and you say anything, they will (triangulate) and attack you, and claim, "You're not a good fit" - it's ridiculous. I'm not a good fit because they can't cheat me out of my money. That is the definition of sleazy. The staff at this dental office are sleazy!
