UNRELIABLE!!!  Do not schedule an appointment here unless you plan on that same appointment being…read morerescheduled over and over again.   I am writing this review after having numerous appointments for every member of my family rescheduled multiple times on the day of the originally scheduled appointment.  On this particular occasion, my husband called to schedule his appointment in February.  He was scheduled for May.  The same day of his May appointment they called him and rescheduled him to September.  We patiently waited 4 more months for his appointment in spite of the fact that you are recommended to have an exam and cleaning every 6 months.   On the morning of his appointment in September he was called and rescheduled to the following day.  The following day he was called to be rescheduled yet again, this time for October.   I explained to the office staff that this has been a continuous problem and that not only have they rescheduled my husband's appointment multiple times causing him to entirely miss an exam and cleaning but they have rescheduled literally every appointment that my family has made with them at least once.   Every time we have rearranged our schedules for the appointment times they selected for us only to be rescheduled again and again. I have never been so fed up in my life.  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional and unreliable.   What a joke.

The dentist who did them told me he had made them longer, rounded, and "fixed" my bite. The year that ensued was awful, and I felt trapped, my smile used to be "cheesier" with my top teeth on "top" of bottom teeth when I smile. This CA dentist made it so that I was forced to withdraw my lower jaw when I smiled. It felt AWFUL. And then I had a veneer break and I came back home to good ole Indiana to this office (Bruner Dental). My sister had her teeth done here years ago so I went in with faith that it might fare better for me. The dentist, Dr. Sneed, went above and beyond to listen to me and my troubles with feeling trapped like a person because of these long and "gangly" teeth that the dentist in LA had given me. He asked for a picture of what my teeth used to look like. He not only gave me a new veneer, he shortened my teeth and for the first time in a year I felt like I could breathe again and smile again in my "cheesy" fashion. Over the past few years if I've chipped one of them and had to have them rebonded or had to get a new one made, I fly all the way from California to Indiana to let him do his magic! He always makes sure to get the perfect color match, and I always leave his office with teeth that actually feel like they belong to me....not like feeling like I had "aliens" in my mouth like the dentist in LA did. Dr. Sneed and his entire staff are so sweet and welcoming, I will never go anywhere else to have my teeth worked on. If you are in need of any kind of dental work done, I recommend this office! I don't give them five stars, I give them ten!!

After we share a laugh or two (and sometimes more), she's down to business. I can always expect a thorough cleaning. To add to this experience, Dr. Sneed stops in, takes the time to be genuinely personable, and checks my teeth for any additional problems. I wouldn't trade these caregivers for anything.

I had the worst filling of my life here on 5/19/2026. The dentist and assistant did not seem to be…read moreworking together well. Dr Catey-Williams numbed up one side of my gums but not the other, so that when she began working I could feel pain on that side. She forced a spacer so hard and so far up between my teeth that I was in a lot of pain. When I told her, she insisted it was just pressure. She said to me, "well sweetheart, this is dentistry, it's going to hurt a little." When they were putting in the filling, the assistant was not using the suction adequately to get the collecting spit and water out of my mouth. I kept gagging on it, then when I waved my arms to stop because I was choking (which Dr Catey-Williams told me to let her know if I ever needed to stop), she spoke to me in a very frustrated tone "what is wrong?!" When I told her I was gagging she snapped "so SWALLOW!" I could not swallow with the many instruments in my mouth. She was angry with me because I got the filling wet, because I began coughing as I gagged. She made a comment about me messing up the filling. This concerns me, because she didn't redo the work that was "messed up," and truthfully the filling does not feel right. It feels rough and abrasive even though she polished it. When I went to brush my teeth that night, I discovered I had a cut on my gum. I had a flap of flesh on both the front and back of my teeth, and it bled when I brushed my teeth. Now that it's been a few weeks, I can say my dental situation has worsened because of seeing her. The filling still feels rough, it catches food, and the filling is so tight to the tooth next to it that I can hardly get dental floss through it. When I do manage it, I can't get it back out and end up with both food and shredded dental floss stuck in my teeth. I received dental care at another practice for my entire childhood twice a year and never experienced anything like this before. The lack of care for the pain I was in, the patronizing attitude of Dr Catey-Williams (she multiple times called me honey or sweetheart while dismissing whatever concern I had), and the poor technique of the assistant, means I will never return here for dental care again. The duty of care is on the dentist and her team, and they fell far short of acceptable, while blaming me for it.

Catey-Williams dental is worth the drive. We have been going here for four years. We have had teeth…read morerepaired and rebuilt and are now in maintenance mode. No cavities! Holly did my cleaning today. Wow. Whistle clean even after lunch and dinner (yes, I will brush).
