UNRELIABLE!!!  Do not schedule an appointment here unless you plan on that same appointment being…read morerescheduled over and over again.   I am writing this review after having numerous appointments for every member of my family rescheduled multiple times on the day of the originally scheduled appointment.  On this particular occasion, my husband called to schedule his appointment in February.  He was scheduled for May.  The same day of his May appointment they called him and rescheduled him to September.  We patiently waited 4 more months for his appointment in spite of the fact that you are recommended to have an exam and cleaning every 6 months.   On the morning of his appointment in September he was called and rescheduled to the following day.  The following day he was called to be rescheduled yet again, this time for October.   I explained to the office staff that this has been a continuous problem and that not only have they rescheduled my husband's appointment multiple times causing him to entirely miss an exam and cleaning but they have rescheduled literally every appointment that my family has made with them at least once.   Every time we have rearranged our schedules for the appointment times they selected for us only to be rescheduled again and again. I have never been so fed up in my life.  I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are unprofessional and unreliable.   What a joke.

The dentist who did them told me he had made them longer, rounded, and "fixed" my bite. The year that ensued was awful, and I felt trapped, my smile used to be "cheesier" with my top teeth on "top" of bottom teeth when I smile. This CA dentist made it so that I was forced to withdraw my lower jaw when I smiled. It felt AWFUL. And then I had a veneer break and I came back home to good ole Indiana to this office (Bruner Dental). My sister had her teeth done here years ago so I went in with faith that it might fare better for me. The dentist, Dr. Sneed, went above and beyond to listen to me and my troubles with feeling trapped like a person because of these long and "gangly" teeth that the dentist in LA had given me. He asked for a picture of what my teeth used to look like. He not only gave me a new veneer, he shortened my teeth and for the first time in a year I felt like I could breathe again and smile again in my "cheesy" fashion. Over the past few years if I've chipped one of them and had to have them rebonded or had to get a new one made, I fly all the way from California to Indiana to let him do his magic! He always makes sure to get the perfect color match, and I always leave his office with teeth that actually feel like they belong to me....not like feeling like I had "aliens" in my mouth like the dentist in LA did. The only negatives I have are: the costs are really high and their office manager is not very flexible or friendly. It is a one stop shop though because they do a variety of procedures including braces but they are pricey.
