However, I have two issues: 1st, they will cancel your appointments with very little notice and not reschedule you for 8 months. This happened twice to my husband in the past year. Instead of being able to have his teeth cleaned every 6 months, his appointments would be 20 months apart. Secondly, do not trust them to be knowledgeable/honest upfront about patient responsibility for payments. I was told that a procedure would be paid 50% by my insurance; I paid my half ($800) upfront only to be billed for another $450 one month later because insurance wouldn't pay. They are "sorry" but it is my responsibility. I will not go back again.
