I scheduled an appointment last week for my dad today at 8:30am 6/21/2022. Yesterday, 6/20/2022 someone from Aspen called to confirm his appointment and his name, which I verified. I replied yes - my dad would be there today. I warned them that my parents might need some help since they're elderly, and the lady assured me they'd be taken care of. This morning, my parents arrived to the office at 8:08am, but the doors were locked. The women inside the office clearly saw them at the door, but ignored them. Another customer outside in the parking lot told them that they had to call the number first, so my mom did. She gave the woman on the phone my dad's name, and the woman said they had no such name in the system. Note that this woman didn't even ask how his name was spelled - my dad's name isn't an easy one to spell. She then asked for phone number, and while they were trying to remember my dad's number, the lady didn't even wait and hung up on them after saying to make another appointment. My parents left at 8:30am, unable to get in for the appointment I had made. They were completely outraged by the experience, and of course I got an earful from them, too. I'm not sure what kind of business you all are running here, but this is a joke. It'd be hard to find another business more disorganized and lacking in customer service. Make another appointment? Financial department charged unfinished procedures to my credit card!!! when approached about the charge, I was told to let them find out who closed off on the procedure. But nothing was ever done after my many attempts to have this corrected. I was charged $1200 to clean ONE side of my mouth. Going to have to use Small Claims court to fix a problem that should have never happened!!!! read more

I made my appointment about a week or two in a advance. I even texted for confirmation and spoke to the front desk lady for confirmation for my 8 am appointment. I signed in at 8 AM when the doors opened with my husband, who's appointment was at 9 AM. We were also the first and the list to sign in. we finished out all our paperwork. For some reason, my husband was pulled back first but at 8:30 and I am still waiting to be seen and it's 930. I'm very confused on how this office works but the lack of communication and the disorganization in this office seems like a lot. Both locations in Mobile are terrible. I used to go to the one on Airport until they forgot to schedule me in their computers for the third time--they would give me an appointment card, I'd get an email to confirm, but when I got there they would say I wasn't on the schedule. One time they scheduled me for work that would require a certain specialist, but scheduled me on a day that they knew the specialist doesn't work. At the location on Schillinger, things seemed fine. At my last appointment they gave me a card for a date and time--an early one at 8:00am as soon as they open. I received an email to confirm the same date and time. When I went to my appointment at the instructed date and time, I sat for 30 minutes waiting. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told that my appointment was for a different time. I showed the email on my phone that clearly showed my appointment was in fact scheduled for 8:00am, but the receptionist INSISTED that I was wrong and that "it was always scheduled for 9:00am". I got my dental records and made an appointment with another dentist in a different office. I have a 4 month old child at home that I am breastfeeding, I do not have time to spare on other people's mistakes. Whether the receptionist was even responsible for the mixup, I cannot say, BUT she was definitely responsible for her customer service skills and instead of being understanding and even apologetic, she was curt and matter of fact. I left the Airport location due to the ineptitude of the administrative staff in the front office. I left the Schillinger location due to the flagrant incompetence and utter lack of personal skills of the receptionist. In addition to the scheduling issues, they set me up with Genesis Credit at the Airport location which is a fine enough creditor for medical costs, but they are the only dental offices in town that accept Genesis Credit. If I had known that, I would have made other arrangements for any credit accounts. Save yourself time, money, and sanity, and go to ANY OTHER dentist in town. To the dentists at Aspen that may be reading this: go to ANY OTHER practice in town or start your own. It's the office staff that make it unbearable. I went to get a partial made and when they wrote it up for the estimate they were about $1600 over what it should be. Fortunately my mother has been in dentistry and retired. She's the one that talk to you discrepancy. I have no upper teeth just a denture and they had it rolled up to have my upper teeth cleaned and dentures. I need a neither and how do you do both? Started the process of getting a lower denture the middle of March 8 weeks later I am still in that process. Had lower teeth removed within 3 days, now it's 7 and a half weeks later and I am not done yet. They could care less that you can not eat normal food while you wait for this never ending process to end. Do not go there they will take your money and leave you to waste a lot of time before they give you what they promised what should take 5 weeks will take me at least 10 now. Against my better judgement and the previous reviews, I decided to try them out because I was having significant tooth pain and couldn't eat or sleep. Less than an hour before my appointment, and after taking the day off from work to make it happen, the office called me to tell me they needed to reschedule my appointment and the next one they had available was a month out. She was also very rude and insulting to me; said I 'could fix my teeth but maybe not my life problems.' I visited this office for a teeth whitening, and must say I had a great experience that exceeded my expectations. Coming in, I was quite nervous but the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Bui and her amazing team provided exceptional care. Meagan, the dental hygienist, was super friendly and patient with me, explaining the procedure in detail down to what I would experience during each step. Also, Dr. Bui is a true professional that genuinely cares about her patients, no matter what dental procedure they are having.
