first the phone system is horrible you don't have an option for emergencies the automated system sucks and then when you get someone and are crying in pain the operator is rude and they hung up on me 3 times while in pain now if i want help from them i have to drive 30 miles without an appointment plus my husband paid cash for his dentures and he can never reach anyone to fix his teeth they take your money and give very minimal service you can never reach them through the phone system looking for a new dentist now their fired read more

Absolutely horrible customer service... I have spent year and half trying to get billing corrected for my Husband and I. They have talked to my insurance directly and still have not made the corrections needed and everytime I call they say the same thing.. "give it couple weeks. No there isn't a supervisor(however they needed supervisor approval to do something)." They are saying right now my husband should be getting $800 back but they can't do anything until they get the information corrected. My insurance gave them check numbers and amount on the check and two weeks later nothing has been done other then a ticket and they are working on it. I called on March 10th, but the ticket wasn't made until March 18th. ridiculous! read more

They care about profits not people. I scheduled an appointment for a first-time patient in August. They started with x-rays and then asked me if I wanted an oral cancer screening. This is the new thing dentists are doing. They shine a black light in your mouth and say if your insurance doesn't approve it then it will be $30. After my x-rays they brought in a number of dentists and start telling me that an injury I had when I was 10 (I'm now 42) is causing serious danger to my teeth and that they are in serious danger of imploding. They can't believe now other dentist caught this in 30 plus years and they need to get me to specialist. They don't clean my teeth or anything after this. I get up to the receptionist and she tells me it'll be $30 for the cancer screening. I say well that's only if my insurance declines it. She says well most don't so I might as well pay it. Then I ask for the break down on the fix for my front teeth implosion and she says well we only have it without dental coverage because I didn't put it in with your insurance. I'll have the pricing with your insurance tomorrow. I called the next day no update, two days later no updated pricing, a week later no pricing. I gave up and found a family dental practice and surprise I do not need thousands of dental surgery. And funny thing on March 25, more than 7 months after my appointment I received a bill from Aspen Dental for the $30. I called corporate in New York and they said my insurance denied it. It was submitted under the wrong code. So beware of this "practice", their number one goal is how much you can spend, not your teeth or caring about your experience. read more

I had a great experience getting my teeth pulled but when I called them back a few days later to let them know I was having extreme pain. They couldn't get me in for 2 weeks and told me it's like breaking in a new pair of shoes. My denture is bottoming out between my lip and gum so I can't bite down at all. Im very disappointed in the follow up care and concern of the staff. For 7 grand you would think they would do all they could to make me more comfortable and see me in a reasonable amount of time. 2 weeks to be seen for pain is not reasonable in my opinion.. read more

Very happy with visit there in October 2019. I was there for 3 or 4 times for new dentures and then one filling. Ashlee the receptionist was very nice and and always put me at ease. Shelbi, Danara and Amber were also very nice. The dentist, Dr Bower, filled one tooth and it was very quick and relatively painless. I was very happy with the whole experience. Decided to try Aspen dental to get my teeth cleaned in August 2022. My old Dentist was swamped under due to the coronavirus and I have not been able to get an appointment for over a year. The staff at Aspen Dental seemed pretty friendly at first but after the exam I was told they would not clean my teeth unless I paid them over $1000 for what they called periodontal disease. I told him I did not have periodontal disease and that's when the high pressure sales started. This is not the first time I've had someone in the medical field tell me I have something wrong that is just not true. I've talked to other people who have gone to Aspen dental and they have told me the same things about the high pressure sales and procedures that were not needed. I tried to give them at Aspen dental a chance but now realize that they are all about the money and not really doing the job. I would not recommend these individuals to do my dog's teeth. read more

Every time I have went, they have always been friendly and very helpful. The last visit I had part of my tooth chip off, which was worrying me, and they got me in ASAP (that day in fact).
