This place is an absolute scam. This is the worst experience as far as a business and medical I have ever witnessed in my life. The 5 star reviews on their websites are from employees . Research Aspen dental before you get work done. These people are criminals. I had my temp teeth fall out 3 times. , I was fraudulently put on care credit, without my authorization. I was misled, and lied to. There are hundreds of groups on many different platforms. Do your research and see 1,000 stories just like mine. I am making it a mission to warn people of this company. Tried to make a follow up appointment because I was in the ER for jaw pain which ended up being bacterial sinusitis that affected my gums. I was told I haven't been seen in 2+ years so I would have to have a cleaning before I could be seen for my gums. I made it anyway and showed up about 5-10 minutes early. When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone which lasted about another 5ish minutes. When asked about my insurance I had forgotten it had just changed (through my parents work) and hadn't received my card but I could call to ask for the name. I called my mom and she had to look it up which would only take about two minutes so she hung up to look. The receptionist asks how long that would be and I told her only a few minutes. Immediately after she said I would have to reschedule because I was "late" already or I could pay out of pocket $250. I told her I'd reschedule and when I tried telling her a day that would work she'd interrupt me to say she had other times that same day. The moment she got off of the phone both her tone and demeanor were rude. I left very upset and very in pain and I will definitely not be going back. read more

Avoid This Place at All Costs! I scheduled an appointment with Aspen Dental in Perrysburg for a filling, and I was told over the phone that I could come in and get it done--no issues. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the front desk staff immediately gave me a hard time, claiming I hadn't been seen in two years. That was completely false, and when I tried to explain, the receptionist just wanted to argue rather than check the records properly. The office manager was even worse--more focused on pushing unnecessary exams and fees than actually helping patients. I was forced to pay for an exam I didn't need and then told they would only do my filling if they had time. On top of that, they falsely claimed I had an outstanding balance from 2023, even though my previous insurance provider confirmed the bill was paid in full, and I had also paid out of pocket at the time of service. This place is disorganized, lacks customer service, prejudice towards ppl of color and operates with a clear priority on money rather than patient care. I had an appointment at 9 am with Aspen Dental Holland, OH and the night before at 5:30 pm left a message stating they needed to reschedule my appointment (again my appointment was 9 am the next mornin). Left a vm and stating this was pretty crappy to call after hours snd leave a message that need to reschedul. I had to call back, because NOBODY bothered to return my call. when trying to reschedule, stated couldn't get me in now until August (my appointment was the end of March). Are you kidding, staff acted like they could care less! Piss poor customer service. I give a NEGATIVE score!!! Aspen Dental Perrysburg, OH location Called my daughter & left a vm Friday, April 4th & left a vm stating needed to reschedule her April 23rd appointment. I called back right away and left a message stating again" why are you rescheduling an appointment that's almost 2 weeks out? And left my phone number to call me back." Today is Tuesday, April 8th and I had to call them back (yes I called back, because nobody returned my call). Stated they now have a meeting that day and CANT get her in now until OCTOBER (6 months). I bought dentures from the Adrian Office with lifetime refitting. Was told after the 3rd time of having dentures that i cannot wear refitted that it was the last time they would try fitting them. So now i have dentures that are unwearable in a cabinet in my house. They refused to make a new set that actually fit. I would not suggest buying dentures from them. read more

was givin a root canal just to find out they did not clear it out which now caused a infection in my gums was initially told that they have to do another root canal and I would not be charged for my visit just to walk in and still get charged for a infection they caused was already having second thoughts on doing business with them already due to several rumors of the same issues with other patients. Billing mistakes. Tried to call in March to resolve. Spent an hour on hold. Tried to send in messages in reply to the bill they sent, asking them to contact me. No response. Now getting calls from debt collectors. This, after I went in for my filling in November and waited an hour. Finally asked them to reschedule at the front desk. Was told it was rescheduled for the next Monday. Went in then- no, you don't have an appointment scheduled. Finally got them done, with a different dentist than the original one- who mentioned he'd driven in that day, an hour drive. And mentioned other offices he did the same with. So it seems like more of a franchise type thing than a stable dentistry practice. read more

My self, my husband, and my two kids ages 6 & 8 recently started going to this location. Dr. Singh, hygienist Alexia ( think that was her name) and Myah ( think that was her name) were all great! I was nervous about taking my kids to a regular dentist because they have always been to pediatric dentists but this team worked really well with them. Aspen dental is the best dental facility I have ever used. Everyone is really helpful they explain my options thoroughly and patiently answer my questions. The young lady in back nurse or dental assistant Jessica is always happy, smiling and very positive about any issues I might have.
