The staff is very welcoming, always asks how I am doing, and makes you feel comfortable. The team is also super patient and really takes the time to explain whats going on. I never feel rushed or like I'm just another number in another dr office. They make even the more uncomfortable procedures and discussions feel manageable, and they genuinely care about my comfort while in the office. The office itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is easy, and I've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes- which I really appreciate. I always feel taken care of and confident in my dental health leaving here. Most recently, I started Invisalign and have had a great experience overall. If you're looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a friendly, personal touch, this is the place to go!

Let me begin with the fact that Dr. Nguyen no longer runs this practice. A few weeks ago she simply…read morewalked away from the practice without any notice to her staff or clients and a new dentist has taken over. However, if you had work done while Dr. Nguyen was there and need repairs due to shoddy work...well you're out of luck. The new doctor will not repair any work done by the previous owner. I had a Marylyn Bridge put in not even 3 months ago and one side of the bridge has already separated from the tooth it was glued to. (Side note - while the tech was "curing" the glue Dr. Nguyen was telling the tech that she was doing it wrong and the tech seemed unable to grasp this fact. So I was wary of the quality of the work being done). I called last week (4/23/13) to set up an appointment to have her look at it and that is when I found out that she had ditched her staff and clients without notice. When I called I asked the receptionist if I would have to pay for any repairs since it was sub-par work and she explained that there would be no charge to repair it since it had been such a short amount of time since I had the work done. That was a bunch of whooey!! I was seen by the new dentist this morning and he told me that the type of bridge I had was notorious for coming loose or even breaking within a few years of insertion. Dr. Nguyen never explained this risk to me. The new dentist WILL NOT fix my bridge nor will he pay for the new one should the one I have continue to deteriorate. Mind you this bridge cost me $1000 out of pocket after insurance had paid their portion. DO NOT go to this office to get work done. I have heard from the staff at Dental Image that a large percentage of the clients were upset with the quality of work and now we are simply out of luck. I'm disgusted by the actions of everyone involved. The best thing that could happen is this practice close. Thanks for nothing Dental Image!
