If I could give 0 stars I would,,,They couldn't make a decent denture anymore than I could,After around a half a dozen trips they still couldn't get it right,I said I was having surgery in a week and I couldn't go back but I ended up having to keep them for now but they were extremely loose , and I tried to get dr cauldron to look at it to see if he could make it fit better.So he put it in my mouth, that's it, then says there's nothing wrong with it.Well , I ended up going to the BBB and after going back and forth, because I paid for that denture myself I ended up and got my money back , and I kept that denture , because I had no choice , because I didn't have another one and unfortunately it wasn't time to get another denture from my insurance so I still have it and I barely wear it unless I put too much adhesive on it just so I can go run errands, he is very arrogant and doesn't believe the patient when they tell him that the denture isn't right and it seems like i've been running in to this kind of dentist alot lately read more

I woke up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain and scheduled a same day emergency appointment at the Holland Clinic as a first time patient. The process was extremely easy and I got right in. The initial exam with X-rays was very affordable and they were able to treat me on the spot. The entire process was as seamless as it could have been, from the numbing to the procedure to recovering- hands down the best dental experience I've ever had, Dr Garner did a phenomenal job and the overall experience was way better than I could have hoped for. Don't use this company. Fail to give proper care, agree you are due a refund, then refuse to actually refund you. Pressures you into more expensive services whether you need them or can afford them. I think they intentionally messed up my teeth to try to force me to have more expensive options done. My father has broken dentures. They just need to be fixed, glued back together or welded or whatever the techs do to put them back together. He's been able to go to other locations and get them fixed before, but this location claims that, legally, he has to have a dental exam before they'll fix his dentures. This would cost extra money out of pocket because he's retired and doesn't have dental insurance. He doesn't have any teeth, there's nothing to examine. If all you need is denture repair, go somewhere else. And if it is a legal thing (which I can't find a regulation about this anywhere), allow patients to refuse it and sign a liability waiver or something. This is why people don't think dentists are real doctors. A patient actually has a say in dictating their medical care. Dental care should be NO DIFFERENT. read more

Many years ago I had a set of dentures made at the Holland office and they were great. Fast forward to a couple of months ago I had another set made. They didn't have the correct size teeth & the denture itself looks flimsy. I tried to make appointments to experience calls cancelling because they didn't have a Dr. in. This went on for over a month. Finally I got an appointment for today and when I got there; the little snot behind the desk said I never made the appointment. The care and kindness I have received from this business is 0. They set another appointment for the 11th of Sept. I left a written letter stating I want a refund. I have had it with these people. I paid for and received first step of my dental implants Nov 2020. This is after I had already went in months earlier to get them started and they didn't have the correct implants. I had to take off work for these appointments because Dentist makes his schedule not a schedule that works for you. Anyways to continue, went back again to have last step in March..everything healed..again they don't have correct parts to finish up and again I had to call off work. I have called 2-3 times a month since March. Always told someone will get back with me. No return call or voicemail. 8 months and haven't had anything completed or even a phone call. This place is horrible. I have already had consultation with another cosmetic dentist but he will not complete what they have started..and he shouldn't have to..they have my money. And he won't start any of my other implants until Aspen completes ones I've already paid for. Also he said implants are not even positioned correctly in my mouth symmetrically. The lady who performed my cleaning did an amazing job, first pain free dental cleaning that I've had. I'll update with her name to recommend to others on my next visit. The only reason I've knocked off a single star was because of billing. I paid in cash, $250 for my visit approximately and to note, I went over the cost beforehand especially the "extra" services. I received and additional $36 charge a few weeks after my visit which over the phone with this location was not much help, just human error on their end however once I arrived at their office to sort it out, they told me their error was my responsibility and I had to pay it, so after canceling my next appointment and writing a negative review on Yelp, they called me within a few days and reversed it. I'm still a customer because the service was great but the lengths I had to go for them to correct their error is why this is lacking a star. read more

Booked an appointment for 10:30 Saturday morning. Was taken back for an xray. Put in a room for over an hour. Spoke to the hygienist, she said the doctor was in with a patient still, he had to see another patient before us, and then he had a procedure to do, then he would be in. I asked her if we could reschedule the appointment, because it would clearly be over another hour before we would actually be seen. Sure, she said, not a problem. No worries. UNTIL, we walked to the front desk. The young lady had tons of attitude. I explained that we had things to do, and could not wait over another hour BEFORE we were actually seen. She threw all sorts of attitude. and said new patients appointments typically take 1.5 hours. Holy crab, you want me to sit at our office for over 4 hours? Yea, that is not happening today. She said, if you would let me speak....we had had it at that point. She must not be able to do math, because we WERE ALREADY there over her 1.5 hours, and the dentist had one before us, AND a procedure before he would see us. My husband lost patience all the way around, and we left after her sas, and will not be returning to that location. Do better people. Be kind. Learn math! read more

The dentist that was supposed to be working on me was 15 min late to our appointment, first of all. Second, she parked in a handicap spot, which I watched her do, as I was standing outside due to COVID. Third, I am in the chair and she is working on me, she dropped a running drill into my mouth , I heard it bouncing off of my teeth and felt it clanging around. The wallmart of dental practices. Took over 2 months to have a rootcanal done. They canceled, then they sent me home from my schedualed apt. Because i couldn't open my mouth wide enough to get it done. I was in soooooo much pain, they didn't give me any pain meds and sent me home that day. I ended up in the hospital, and had 2 surgeries cause of their lack of care. My jaw bone is now deformed from the surgeries! My husband heard Dr Geisner say " it's not my problem" in the waiting room the day they sent me home. read more

I am very scared of having dental work beyond cleanings and I found out that I needed two fillings. They were able to get me in the next day so that I didn't have to think about it for too long. The dentist was very patient with me and with the numbing gel I never even the felt the injection. The procedure was fast and I was told about each step along the way. Good experience. read more

I went in on January 20, 2010 to get 4 widom teeth extracted. I got there and they did a deep cleaning first. They numbed my entire mouth and in the middle of the cleaning I literally thought I was going to have a panic attack because I couldn't swallow. The nurse calmed me down but it was really scary. I told girls at work about this and they said whenever they have gone to other dentists for a deep clean they numb part of the mouth, clean that side, then come back another time and do the other side for this reason. It gets better....I wait in the waiting room for over an hour and a half because I still had to get the wisdom teeth pulled. Soooo, they numb my entire mouth AGAIN and do the extraction. Long story short my bottom left lip, chin and gums are STILL numb 8 months later! Not completely numb but still very "tingley" and full feeling still has not returned. I called the actual doctor that did the extraction and he spoke to me like I'm stupid and said "Oh well the numbness could last up to 3 weeks" as I called him about 5 days after the surgery. Then around March I called their corporate office. The girl was less than helpful and said the numbness could last up to 6 months and said she would have someone from the Holland, Ohio office (the one I went to) contact me. NEVER got that call. Be careful using them, it's bad enough having to pay $5000 then to be numb for 8 months is beyond poor business practices. read more

A front tooth on a top denture had fallen out and I needed a quick fix, for about 100 bucks and less than 2 hours I was back smiling again.

A couple months ago I had the worst toothache in the world, no dental insurance, and needed help bad. Called around, Talked To these guys, they gave me pain meds till I got in. Worked with my $ situation, got approved of a loan, got teeth pulled, couple cleanings, x-rays to figure out what else needs done. With what I had to work with, they fixed me up as much as I could get and the staff was nothing but good to me. Aspen Dental is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went in with a cracked tooth. They say I need a crown, so I get 1. They put it on so crooked they had to grid it down 3 different times while waiting for a new 1 and 1 of those times the DR. told the nurse to get an ex-ray after words. But their 1 ex-ray machine was in use so the nurse told me o-well we'll get the ex-ray the next time you come in. WOW! Not to mention I was in a lot of pain at this point. Wasn't in pain when I first went there. Got a 2nd crown and still in a lot of pain. They say I need a root canal, so I get 1. I get home and they filled it with some silver stuff....not what I paid for. I paid for a tooth that matched my others. Well I was still in pain. 2 more check ups with them and they tell me everything looks good. So I go to another Dentist(a good 1) and find out my root canal is infected and they fractured my tooth. I have to go to a specialist to get it pulled. No saving it. And after all the jumping through hoops for Aspen Dental(get paper work from the other Dentists saying Aspen botched the procedure) THEY STILL WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK $1500+ dollars. And I am on DISABILITY and had to pay for all this out of my own pocked. Believe me it has been very stressful trying to pay the bill and now I don't even have a tooth anymore. IT WAS THW WORST DENTAL EXPIREANCE OF MY LIFE AND IAM 38. Been to the dentist a few times over the years....none like this........IF YOU LOVE YOUR TEETH DONT GO HERE YOU WONT HAVE THEM WHEN YOU ARE DONE OR YOUR MONEY! Especially if you are on disability and paying for it yourself. This place is beyond poor business practices....its DEN OF THEIVES.
