I had the best experience at Aspen. Brittany Cope was amazing assistant and made me feel comfortable considering what was being done.

I have paid for not 1, not 2, but 3 FULL sets of dentures and I finally have some I can wear on top. Forget the bottom!!! My first set, I had to snarl just to see them they were so far up under my lip, the second set, dumb me didn't look at them before I signed a paper saying they were fine. They are so offset, the front teeth are sitting to the left of the center of my nose. I get mad just looking at them!! The third set, I can wear the top dentures but the bottom set flops all over the place. They have adjusted them twice and it only makes them worse. Stay clear of this place!! read more

I had an apt on a Wednesday to have a tooth pulled. they gave me 2 days worth of pain meds and it wasn't enough since I ended up in 3 different ERs just to be told to go back to aspen since they were the ones to screw it up. at first I thought they had broken the bone just to realize that it's TOOTH! they didn't pull the whole tooth and I am in severe pain. they are refusing to send me in anything for said pain. now I have to wait till my next apt so now I'm stuck in excruciating pain until my apt. I don't want to go back to aspen but sense they screwed it up i have to. they refuse to send me in anything for the pain. I recommended a homeless man with a hammer before I recommend aspen dental again. Don't waste your money or your time. $1600 for a tooth extraction and a partial. Highway robbery. I'll pull my own tooth next time. It'll be less painful and done right. read more

My mom got a very expensive set of new dentures that now 2 years later she has never been able to wear. She went in multiple times but the technicians never were able to fix them enough to get them to chew her food. She still wears her old ones! The people were always nice though and they did try. read more

My daughter was seen in the Richmond KY office in 2022. We have Anthem dental insurance. The office manager billed her old insurance and sent us a bill. After the correct insurance was billed, we received another bill. Completely on their part but I paid the bill because I could not get anyone to help me dispute it. NOW..2 years later I receive another bill. AERIAL would not let me talk to anyone else. SHELBY OR KACEY has not called me back. Payment confirmation for bill paid AGAIN I'm full is 219562. Went to confirm my appointment for the following day since I didn't receive a text reminder like they usually send and they don't answer the phone. They said it was canceled a month prior. Since I am single and do my own appointments, it looks like another Aspen Dental f*** up. This my second Yelp for this office for a lost appointment. I took my mother there last week and was in disbelief by the utter rudeness of Taylor the girl up front who talked to us about money. As we were in the lounge she was there talking bad about another worker there instead of her job. We left immediately after she started rolling her eyes. I made my appointments for myself and 2 teens a few weeks in advance to plan for a week when I was off work. I confirmed the appointment through text message the week prior. Upon arriving I filled out the paperwork ( even though I had done so on line already to save time), gave insurance, discussed my daughters having appointments after me with the sweet receptionist. After about 15 minutes or so I was told that due to the fact that I didn't confirm my appointments they got canceled and so therefore they could only get one of us in today. I explained that I had confirmed my appointments and showed proof of this- a good reason to not ever erase old texts! I was told there is a "glitch" in their system and this sometimes happens. I asked how often and they blamed it all on "computer/on line error and it happens often.." Our family had blocked this afternoon for the dentist. I am a widowed/single mom who works over 40 hours a week and had scheduled these appointments way in advance for when I was off work. I do not recommend this place if you value your time. Also, when I made the appointments on line, I filled out all medical history paperwork for all 3 of us and we all know how long that takes. So a complete waste of time for all 3 of us and still no dental appointments. I was offered another day/time but of course that was when I had to work. Why would I want to trust a company that has a "glitch" in their scheduling? Complete waste of time! read more

I had woken with a horrible tooth pain, they told us to come in for a FREEEE evaluation asap, so we made the appointment and when on in. The dentist told me it was infected and 'd have to do antibiotics first for a week before anything could be done but it would have to be pulled. It was a Thursday and Friday was a holiday. I called Friday to get the prescribed anit-biotic at my pharmacy at UK but they were closed because of the holiday. Monday when they reopened, they said they never got one and when I called Aspen, she said the office manage cancelled the prescription and just didn't tell me. Nice. Then I got a big fat huge bill for my "FREE constellation". UK said they are notorious for this bait and switch deal and should be shut down. I had the tooth pulled at UK and they said the infection was in the tooth itself so came out when the tooth was pulled. No antibiotics were even needed at all, anyway. Do yourself a favor and skip the cheesy, strip-mall, faux dentist and go to a real, actual, honest, qualified and professional one. NOT Aspen! They absolutely SUCK! read more

I have had alot of work done here, and have been back twice to fix crowns. The first crown wasn't molded correctly the second popped off 2 months after getting it. I called at 12:30 to be seen when the crown fell off, and they said I can come in a 2 when they get back from lunch but they probably wouldn't get me in today. I don't know if anyplace taking a 2 hour lunch, but I was waiting there at 2. They called me back right away and I was our of there by 2:30!! The crown that was molded wrong they replaced that at no cost to me. read more

So I got a set of dentures there and went back several times to get them adjusted and they still don't fit right and now this morning a tooth came out of my lower plate and they want to charge me $167 to replace it...it was nothing that I done to cause it to come out ,you can plainly see that is was faulty glue or whatever it is they use to mount the teeth with...it didn't break another thing ,they are so thin in spots that you can see through them so I have always been extra careful afraid they would break...I would not send anyone there to get teeth!! I am still paying on these things and have not wore them much at all only when I go out,thinking about talking to an attorney to get my money back!!! UPDATE!! Another tooth came out today right next to where the other did...They are faulty and they want ME to pay to fix them!! That is crazy...I will not be paying another dime on them...and will be in the office soon to return them!!! read more

I had such a lovely experience here. It was my first time seeing them and I knew I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed. I don't have dental insurance and they have a promotion right now that uninsured first time patients receive an intital exam, x-rays, and possible treatment options for free. The office is immaculate, modern, and welcoming. All of the assistants were very friendly and pleasant. I wish I knew the name of the doctor who discussed my surgery with me. She was a beautiful younger blonde woman, if that helps. I was in a lot of pain so they scheduled my surgery in Frankfort because that office had an available appointment before Richmond. Marlana, Kelsey, and Jade were all very helpful in scheduling my appointment for me and helping me apply for Care Credit so I could get the surgery I needed immediately and I can make monthly payments. I had a wonderful experience with Aspen Dental! All staff members were so efficient, and very kind! My dentist, Allyson, and her assistant, Hannah, were amazing, what a team! I had 14 teeth extracted on May 19th., and it could not have gone any better. My temporary dentures look and fit great! They even took time to go out in the waiting room, and give my husband an update 2 or 3 times. This meant a lot, since he was worried about me, then was able to relax knowing I was fine. I highly recommend Aspen in Richmond! I am very thankful for their excellent service. read more
