I took my wife to an appointment because she had a chipped tooth. They did x-rays and said she had a lot of problems with her front teeth and needed dentures. We strongly considered doing it and signed up for a line of credit to use toward the dental work. We changed our mind and my wife called to let them know we were not continuing with the dental work. Got voice mail and.my wife requested they call her back. The office IGNORED her call, and mow I have some other company (I guess their partners in crime) calling me for $12000 for dental work THAT WAS NEVER DONE AND WAS CANCELLED. I didn't realize when we made the appointment thqt Aspen Dental isn't a dental office. It's a criminal fraud enterprise! I will literally go to my dying day without paying a penny toward non-existant dental work. Their system was down, so I called another dentist and got an appt. They've been calling me at LEAST once a week about scheduling an appt OR I just get these texts where they have LITERALLY JUST RANDOMLY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT (see pic). I NEVER made an appt there and now, for sure, never will. I've already texted STOP twice DO NOT try and charge me for a no show. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I purchased dentures for my wife and I in the beginning of the year and purchased the warranty. Since I purchased the dentures I have had nothing but issues. My dentures recently broke for the second time. I have made several appointments to get the issue resolved but each time I go to the appointment nothing is done. The most recent appointment I went to was on 12.03.2023. I was informed by the staff that everything was in office but when I got there they informed me nothing was in office and sent me home. To put this into perspective the drive form my house to the office is about a 30 minutes each way. The staff is very unprofessional. I do feel as though the office is prolonging my repairs which are covered by warranty to make an extra buck. My warranty expires at the end of the month. I am not sure if they treat ALL their clients like this but I do feel as though I am getting this treatment due to being elderly and them assuming I will NOT advocate for myself. Horrible. The staff is wonderfully friendly, but that doesn't make for good dental care. The "doctor" is only in for money, he was obsessed with wisdom teeth coming out that don't need to over the several cavities I needed filled and a tooth that needed pulling. He charged me for a "surgical" extraction for that bad tooth instead of the regular extraction it was, and didn't explain anything. Came in with a needle and started jabbing, sent me on with prescriptions I didn't know I had until I was walking out and didn't even say what they were or why I needed them. I had to Google aftercare. After xrays and a consultation, I still have no idea the condition of the rest of my teeth because he was so fixated on my non-disruptive wisdom teeth. read more

I received treatment that did not correct my dental issue and was advised by the office to contact patient satisfaction. They took months to return my call and after Travis finally returned my call,he said he would investigate and call back. It's 6 months later and I have not spoken with him or anyone else in his office. If you think I am lying just call this number and see 866.273.8606 (this is patient satisfaction) and tell them you have an issue and cant resolve it with your local office and see how long ,if at all it takes them to respond. Aspen Dental was fine until you get the bill. My insurance paid them and said I was not due to pay anything but they made me pay money before I left there. Then I got a bill in the mail saying I owed them more money, so I called them. I also have a discount plan that they are supposed to use before billing my insurance which they did not do. So when I asked the clerk about it she said I could not use both and I told her that that was not what the lady told me when she was working with me after I had had work done. So after asking about it she came back and said I can see where you are coming from, she would do some digging and she would call me back tomorrow. I selected Aspen Dental in December while visiting my parents for the holidays. My mother was experiencing a tooth ache and I wanted to make sure that she took care of it before we left to go back home to Miami, Florida. I researched Aspen Dental on line and took my mom the next day. First I must say the customer service from the appointment services department was impeccable. Very professional, proactive, friendly and courteous. They were able to get my mother an appointment the same morning that I called. When we arrived to the Aspen Dental office in Valdosta, Georgia it only GOT BETTER!!! The front desk receptionist was very courteous and friendly. My mom was seen by the doctor in a timely manner and everyone involved in the process was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Since my sister and I leave in Miami, knowing that my mom was in the best care was such a huge relief. My mother loves this Aspen Dental office, she says the nurse, doctor and entire staff is always very professional, kind, courteous, considerate and caring. I never thought that I would say this about a dentist's office but I really look forward to my dental appointments at Aspen Dental located on Norman Dr. in Valdosta, GA. I have never written a review for a dental office but have decided to do so because I receive exceptional and personable service from all the staff there. The front office staff, which include Ms. Sonia, the office manager, Ms. Tiffani and Ms. Samantha, always greet me kindly and with a smile. They are accommodating and forgiving; when I have arrived late they still acted friendly and lighthearted. My hygienist, Ms. Angela and the dental assistants, Ms. Stacey and Ms. Tawania, take the time to explain in detail what they are doing (when cleaning my teeth). Also, I can tell that they enjoy what they do, because they never act rushed, even when the office is overflowing with customers. Lastly, but certainly not least, is Dr. Ejike Ezeja, DDS who is the BEST dentist that I have ever had. What makes him the best is his ability to make me feel as though I were a friend, and especially because I see him treat everyone-staff included-that way.
