I called and left a message earlier today and no one returned my call.  When I try calling again (6 times), I was disconnected rather than being able to leave a message.  I received my new dentures yesterday and had sores develop already.  Today, when eating lunch, two of the teeth fell out.   I am tired of driving 100 miles each way, for the last four visits, and it appears I will need to do so again. read more

I really would give them a zero star if possible. I arrived for 9:30 appt, receptionist stated i was scheduled for 9:00. I even showed her my email, showing my appt was at 9:30. I explained I drove an hour for this appt. she wanted me to reschedule the next day. I asked for a manager, they did not allow me to speak to manager. Horrible service was charged 300 for a denture repair that only lasted 2 weeks and then told they would not fix it

My husband and I have both been blessed with full dental coverage our entire lives and have diligently followed all advised dental procedures/recommendations from our dentists including cleanings every 6 months...until Aspen Dental. It's been less than 5 months since our last cleanings with our previous dentist and completely out of the blue we're both being told we need a bunch of extra procedures that no previous dentist (3 for me me; 2 for husband in the past 15 years) have recommended. And to top it off they refuse to schedule us for just our 6 month cleanings without agreeing to all the extra stuff insurance will not cover. These people are crooks - plain and simple. read more

I went to see them in summer of 2019. Told me all my upper teeth would need to be removed, which I knew was true. However, with the cost of 9 extractions, 6 crowns on the bottom teeth, the first temporary denture and then the permanent plate cost me over $7400.00. And had to pay that off within 18 months or would have to pay interest. Got everything paid off, kept going to my cleaning appointments and then last week an abscess formed on the roof of my hard palate. Extremely painful. Called to be seen emergently (due to the pain) and was told they can only take one emergent case a day, and they already had one that day. So, made an appointment for the next day. Got there 15 minutes early, sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. They came and did x-rays and put me in a room, where I sat there for 50 more minutes. When the doctor came in, he only looked in my mouth for maybe 2 minutes, if that, and said I would be referred to an oral surgeon because he has never seen anything like this before and had no idea what he could do for me. SERIOUSLY? I had to talk him into at least giving me a prescription for antibiotics. Poor, poor service. Never going back again and will tell everyone I know not to go to them either. read more

My husband had a set of dentures made, then the whole pandemic happened, and was unable to get into an oral surgeon. So instead of calling my husband and asking him to pick up his dentures that he paid over $1500 out of pocket for, they threw them away. When he finally got scheduled for the oral surgery, we found out what happened. They said they would make a pair for him at their cost. This has been 6 months, and after getting a bill every month for them, and calling them, and them saying "they will take care of it", it has now been sent to collections, and is on his credit report. Not to mention the new dentures were cheaper them the ones he paid for. Also the day before surgery they had called him and told him they gave him the wrong ones. So he had to stop before surgery, so they could correct their mistake again. I would not recommend them for anything. read more

I went there for severe tooth pain. They talked me into $1600 of Services that did not address the pain and told me they were referring for a root canal. A month later I had to call back to ask about the referral because they never sent it. The referring specialist could not get me in for a consult for months as I explained my tooth was throbbing. I found another dentist who took care of it. This place is a scam. read more

Having moved to the area recently, and not knowing where to go, I tried Aspen Dental in Rib Mtn. This was my second visit there, and yes the first visit was biased on the "upsell" routine, but I ignored it. My second visit, I needed a tooth pulled, and I already knew it would not be an easy procedure. My doctor was Chad Schulz. He was GREAT! He explained everything, was caring, and knew his skills. At 9:20PM my phone rang, and it was Dr. Schulz on the phone asking me how I was doing after the extraction. The offices had been closed for at least 2-1/2 hours, and having caller ID, I knew it must have come from a personal phone. Dr. Schulz has earned my business for life!
