The building itself is really nice. Every room has a TV that shows what's on the computer, so you can see your bitewing X-rays as they come in. The dentist was great too but he did remove his mask towards the end while standing up and explained my treatment plan. He did maintain distance but was still in the room with me so that made me a little uncomfortable. I also wished they could elaborate more on preventive measure for future reference in addition to treatment. Overall, I am satisfied with my first cleaning visit here and will return for appointments.

I should of just skip the funeral and went in knowing that this was going to happen to me. When I call the office and told the receptionist of what had happen she said that his decision still stands. She said their time is more important to fill their chairs and to make money. Didn't care if you're sick, dying or have problems in your life. They want to fill their seat and make money on the insurance. I also asked for copies of my records and she said that we can't send them to me or even to pick them up. According to American Dental Association of Wisconsin patient have the right to review, inspect, request, and obtain a copy of their records including radiographs.

Awful experience for both my husband and I. The crown that was seated on one of my teeth and my…read morehusband's have noticeable gaps where bacteria can get in. When questioned, VanSykes said it was within range even though on X-rays, it's obvious. Next, I was offered a 'free' tooth mold for veneers if I would have chosen to get them. When I decided not to, they charged me $395 for the mold. I mentioned it to the dentist that he, himself said they were free, and he denied. Then I overpaid one of my procedures by $250, they didn't tell me that I had a credit and when I accidentally found out by from one of the billing folks, they were not going to give it back in case one of my next procedures was not paid. I have insurance and always paid everything on time. Their billing department was incompetent for submitting claims to my insurance and I had to call them many times just to get them to submit the claims properly. Recommend to find somewhere else and be aware of a huge amount of great reviews, not sure how they got them.
