Staff was nice. The dentist was not gentle. His hands are large. He didn't have room to work. I could feel pain during the procedure. Just fillings. I was in there for 3 fillings but he did 4 without asking so I had to pay more before I could leave. read more

I waited to come update this review. I think I was shocked so much. The Dentist(Dr.D) he asks you to call him that. It's was good and I mean really good at first. Then I didn't except what they gave me.I loaded photos. What in the world !!!!! They had me looking like buck tooth Betty! Listen. My gums on the dentures looked swollen around the teeth. The top ones didn't have enough teeth. Go, don't Go, take pictures, record your visit. If you except what they give you your good. The dentist wouldn't help me fix them. So I got my money back!!!! And listen the loan company , and Aspen Dental Head quarters will return same week they are awesome. But that office is a bully. read more

I had an appointment today and before I could explain it was one I found sooner than my scheduled appointment, I was already being chastised and made to feel like an imbecile. The female at the front, short brown hair and slender, was absolutely the most condescending person I've ever dealt with in an office setting. I explained maybe a mistake was made. Another person in the office explained I may have made a mistake but she was also corrected in a condescending tone. In the past I had called to cancel two appointments but was only able to leave a message through a machine. The woman told me I was a "no show" and brushed me off when I attempted to explain. She offered no way to assist with a new appointment and was pleased to see me leave. Immediately after this interaction I recalled dealing with this same woman when my husband had an appointment. I tried to set up his payments while he was being seen. At that time, the same person as today, acted in the same manner as if I was irrelevant to anything concerning her. I am the one that does the finances and I was made to feel that I wasn't allowed to be privy to that conversation. Please Aspen Dental, if you care about any of your patients, fire this woman and replace her with someone that doesn't treat your customers poorly. Also make it easier to reschedule and cancel appointments. read more

I am very disappointed in Aspen and they should do better. I called to confirm my appointment and I kept getting an answering machine I even left a message. They did not call back. Then they text me to confirm which I did from the text.  Which as you see states confirmed. So I drive over 30 miles showing up geuss what 30 min early which they arent open until 800 which wouldnt matter yall said 15 minites early to make sure get paperwork done. They did not open doors until 800. When I go in they proceeded to tell me I do not have an appointment. Apparantly it was cancelled because no one confirmed my appointment. I said EXCUSE ME I called and got machine she said didnt matter.  They proceeded tell me they may get me in later that day. No I was there on time and it showed confirmed on my phone. They should have taken me in on said appointment.  Having to drive so far waste gas and being told wait until 10 or 3 um no yall should taken me in.  Doesnt matter if yall needed to speak verbably. How could you when no one answers the phone and all you do leave a voice mail. Thats on you not me. You need change policy or stop sending texts to confirm anything when it doesnt even matter. read more

by far the worst dentistry ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. They messed up one of my teeth and when i brought it up to them the dentist had his hygenist put some stuff on the surface of the tooth when the problem is clearly inside and not on the surface. I decided they wouldnt touch my teeth again and quit going. A year later i get a bill for some things that werent covered by my insurance. A year later! These people are lazy and do not care about the wellness of their patients. I hope i get to see the place shut down but i doubt that will happen considering they are a huge company. Never again will i visit any Aspen Dental facility. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTURES!!!!! My elderly mother got dentures last year...over $2000. About three months in, a tooth broke off the top plate. She returned and they made a new plate. The same tooth broke off again three months later. She was informed it would be $400+ to repair. She didn't have more money to give them, so she continued to wear them with the missing tooth. Recently, the plate cracked across the top while she was eating a salad! I emailed....no response. I called.....continuously put on hold. I left a message to call me....never a return call. I would never recommend anyone to go here! read more

If I could give a Zero, I would. The Dentist pulled the wrong tooth, and is now charging me for the extraction. The dentist pulled the wrong tooth. I only realized it because I looked at the tooth that he extracted and saw that it was the wrong tooth. He stated that that it was the right tooth, and then argued with me. He then pulled the correct tooth. He is now billing me for the one extraction. Corporate will not help in any way. they state that all they do is billing for the local offices. I believe the goal of the Waycross office is to berate and belittle every patient that comes in. I have a small mouth and a gag reflex, which has been communicated over and over again. From ,the first time I walked into this office until now, I have been disrespected. I'm going through the denture process or I would have already left. One employee particularly is really good at being ugly to patients. she issued an apology to me today but as she turned away, I saw her roll her eyes. People are already scared of the dentist, don't make it worse. I highly recommend going elsewhere unless you like to be put down and disrespected. read more

Terrible experience!! Would not recommend. I left a long review on their site. They do not bill you and I've been trying for 5 weeks to make a payment. I've called either phone would ring one time and hangs up. I've used the press one for new patients, they emailed the manager and sent urgent. Finally she called me, I ask her to send me the link like she had done 5 weeks ago, she tells me no I've tried but it's not working. I believe she is not taking my payment so it will go to collections. Never have I seen or heard of a dentist that DONT send out bills and they DONT take payments. Smh!! read more

absolutely would never encourage anyone to visit. I made an appointment (Emergency) received a text to confirm. I called twice. Received a text, confirming my appointment!! I was told that my appointment wasn't confirmed!! They sent the confirmation!! without compassion or consideration, I left. I called Dr Morton's office and was welcomed with smiles and appreciated I knew my call would be making everyone's job more difficult. Dentist offices are stressful. Lots of reasons for anxiety.
