This time, I even took a photo of the clearance sign beforehand to help save time and avoid confusion. When I showed the cashier, Andrew, the photo, he immediately insisted that if it were on clearance, it would automatically ring up that way and that the product should already have a sticker on it. I mentioned as he was ringing it up that it still rang up as full price and I explained that last week an employee had to manually verify and adjust the price because the bottles were not individually marked. When I asked if he was going to verify it or ask someone for help, he became even more upset and responded, "That's what I was going to do." The interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative and dismissive over a simple question and price check. I completely understand policies and verification processes, but a calmer and more helpful response would have made the experience much more positive.

This experience was a huge relief, Wayde ensured he would find the exact dryer measurements, he nailed it, perfect fit. Wayde contacted me to set up my initial and second delivery. I have a hectic schedule and they happily worked with me. My first delivery, there were issues with a broken piece, on the back of the dryer. Wayde did his research and selected a European dryer, Electrolux, that met my needs. I love it.
