One of the slabs I was interested in had been moved to the clearance lot and on our way to look at it, another slab caught my eye, one that I hadn't seen before in their main area. Kayla and Erin helped me in sales. I didn't feel any pressure and they were very informative and honest about the stones I looked at. They really listened to what I was looking for (tbh I had no idea) and then didn't make me feel cheap for selecting the clearance stone. I never felt rushed or like I was a big pain despite making THREE visits before making a final decision. I ended up with a leathered bianco romano granite that is absolutely stunning. My wife an I went to the business and asked to see some granite options. We basically new the color and pattern we were looking for. They assigned us Shauna Sauer. She was pretty attentive to our needs, took notes and sent on our way with a couple of samples. We went back the following Saturday to look at the whole slabs again and maybe some other choices. We never seen Shauna again. This time they assigned us Reese Hunt. He was equally attentive and helpful that day. With both Shauna and Reese my wife and I repeated that we both wanted to be involved in picking out the slabs, so we could be comfortable with the colors and grains.So far so good. This is where things go south. I called Reese the following Monday to get things moving because we made our selection. He didn't call me back until Tuesday afternoon. I was out but called him as soon as seen the message. Once again crickets. Then on Wednesday afternoon I called and asked to speak to the manager, sales manager, someone... The receptionist said she gave a message to the sales manager. Bingo, within minutes Reese called me back. I told our selection and I'd like to get a template done, he said they would be in touch. Once again crickets. A few days later I get an appointed with the guy doing the template. Very professional, very courteous and completed the template quickly with was nice as I was having new flooring put in. He said they'd be in touch the schedule the install. A few days pass and I get a call that the Install can be don the following week and we could come in the store in 2 days to work on the template layout on the slabs. We come in on that Thursday, stand around for 20 minutes until the layout guy, I can't remember his name comes an gets us. We go to his computer and he starts lining up the virtual templates on 2 pictures of slabs loading in his software. We stopped him and said we're not to this point yet as we haven't even picked out the slabs yet. He said, sure you did and here's the pictures. We both said I don't who picked those but they were not us. He got a little irritated, and went to get Reece. Reece knew we were waiting at this guys desk, but proceeded to complete a 20-25 minute phone call. When he came over and we explained the issue, he go combative and insisted that all the slabs were the same. I said I didn't care because we repeatedly indicated WE wanted to pick the slabs not have them picked for us. He then calmed down and said he misunderstood us. Misunderstood this statement "My wife and I want to come in and pick the slabs ourself" It was spoken in English. Any we decided to see what the layout guy could do. The service we received was very good and although we purchased some clearance items out of a set, they were very willing to allow us to pick and choose what we wanted and gave us very good prices. We also saw a wonderful piece of wall art which we also asked about and they knocked about 25% off of it since we were buying other stuff. The prices are expensive if you're used to buying at American Furniture Warehouse, and they're astronomical if you're used to buying IKEA particle board stuff. But, you get what you pay for. Now that most of the kids are gone, we want to start getting good stuff, and that's what we got. Delivery was $79 and worth every nickel. They arranged the furniture the way we asked, mounted mirrors, assembled the bed frame, etc. And the guys were super nice.

We've had this couch a little over 2 years now. It is the Stanton 338, we upgraded to the…read moreperformance fabric that we were told was best for homes with kids and animals. We picked this fabric because we have two large dogs that get on the furniture. We were told that just getting on the furniture would not tear or snag the fabric. On day one when the couch arrived our smaller dog of the two jumped on the couch as normal and it snagged in several different places. I called the store and tried to talk to a manager but wasn't given one. The salesman put in a request for their "fabric expert" to come out to the house and see if we had been given defective fabric. He deemed the fabric to be of normal quality. We also had feathers upon feathers poking out and coming out of the couch. He told us that after 2 weeks that would stop. We were also concerned about the comfort of the couch. It was very stiff and uncomfortable compared to what we sat on in the store. To this he said it just needed time to "wear in". Here we are a little over two years later and we are not any more satisfied than when we got the couch! We went to Woodleys because we wanted a quality couch and if something went wrong they had a warranty to take care of us. We asked several questions about this when we bought this couch to be sure it would be taken care of. Nothing could be farther from the truth! We bought it during a sale and still spent about $4k on it! Or more like wasted $4k! As you can see in the pics the cushions have not faired well! They did not keep their shape whatsoever! The back cushions sag and have little balls all over them that have to be shaved regularly (advice i was given by the salesman and the "fabric expert"). We have kept the bottom covered since day one when it snagged to protect it as best as we can. But even with covering it the bottom cushions too have balls of fabric and worst of all have lost their shape! They sag and have flattened out significantly on the corners so you sit in holes between the cracks of the cushions and you literally can feel the frame under you! They say to clean with water only which does NOT clean at all! We are so disappointed with this purchase and hope to warn others never to buy anything from these crooks! Also the pile of feathers is just what comes out of the couch DAILY! So what we were told about them stopping coming out after 2 weeks was also in fact a lie! Had we have known all this before buying this couch we wouldn't have spent ten cents on it! Buyer beware!!! Take your hard earned money somewhere else!!!
