Ahh, such a relaxing experience. 4 of us had massages on a Sunday morning as part of my sisters bachelorette weekend! They only can accommodate 2 at a time, but there's great tables outside for you to wait your turn + restaurant and gift shop. We each got 30 minute relaxation massages for $65. You begin your visit by slipping into spa shoes and then they take you back to change into a robe. You then head to a comfortable little room to fill out your paperwork. They provided delicious iced tea and a little chocolate. They do not have lockers, you leave your belongings/clothes in a little basket in your massage room. The employees felt trustworthy and I didn't mind not having them secured in a locked area. As for the massage, incredible! It ended with an amazing scalp massage (beware, it might make your hair greasy because of the oils on their hands from the massage). I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My experience at Aspen Leaf Spa went above and beyond my expectations and did not reflect previously written reviews! 1. Booking and confirmation were incredibly easy and we even got a reminder call a day or two before. 2. When I arrived for my pre natal massage, I was provided with sandals to change into and a warm robe. I was then escorted to quiet room to complete paperwork where there was hot tea, water, and chocolate waiting. Once I was done with the paperwork, we did a brief consultation before moving back into the massage room. 3. My prenatal massage was incredible! I even got to lay on my stomach thanks to a pre natal massage pillow they had available! The massage was so relaxing and provided just enough pressure to get all of the right tension spots. 4. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and there to make sure I enjoyed my experience. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting the Leavenworth! read more

My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage during our weekend stay in Leavenworth and let me tell you, we were not disappointed! I got the full body massage from Cecelia and he got the tension release from Tanya. Both of us felt incredible during and after our massages. They started us off with a foot soak, tea, water and chocolate in a room with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Then we were led to the shared massage space with the comfiest robes and blankets we've ever felt! We paid $300 total for both of us, which I think was very fair and even a little less than some competitors. Both Cecelia and Tanya were super professional, relaxing and calming. The spa itself was pristine and quiet, setting the mood for a lovely experience. We're definitely going to make this a tradition now! read more

Just had the best massage ever. Tram knew exactly where I needed relief. She is excellent in relieving back, hip, neck and shoulder tightness. Was extremely disappointed to be told less than 1 hour prior to my couple massage with my new fiancé that it had to be cancelled. I think that this was extremely inappropriate and don't appreciate that if the customer were to cancel there would be a fee but if the business decides to cancel there are no issues. I would not recommend this spa due to the fact that they don't prioritize their customers. If there had to be a cancel I would have appreciated being told a few days in advance so that I could have chosen elsewhere. They did not even allow a change in time, just told us that they could no longer have us. I would rate the spa 0/10 if I could. On a side note, a few couples that are that are friends of ours came here earlier in the week. They compared it to a cheap $50 elements massage. Wish we asked them about this place 4 days ago. My husband and I had a great experience! Our 60 minute couples relaxation massage was perfect, and the staff was very kind and professional! They warmed up our Starbucks for us before we left! Nope. Not a good experience for a massage. The whole affair was unprofessional. First, it's not a spa in the traditional sense. There are no lockers to put your things, no changing room, no place to shower off the massage oil. You're asked to put on their shoes in the front lobby, then strip later and shove your stuff in a box. It's all very matter of fact, not relaxing. Second, my practitioner was rude about robe sizing (hint: not a plus size friendly place). Mine was small and he said well, that's what we have! Yikes. So I kept my jeans on, and then sat with a friend in a room to drink tea for all of two minutes and choose aromatherapy. My friend and I both picked peppermint, my practitioner said ugh, that's my least favorite. I said okay, then let's do orange...? Very odd guy. Third, for the actual massage, I asked for help with pain on one hip. Yelpers: I nearly couldn't get off the table after his work. I've spent the day in spasm and am writing this with frozen carrots on my back. Please go somewhere else unless: 1) you are a size two, 2) you prefer awkward to nil customer service, 3) you wish to have a dude with no ability to palpate anatomy bang around on your back while a Native American flute screeches in the background. I'm off to refreeze these damn carrots. read more

This spa is probably usually great, but we had a weird one off experience. They called me 6 minutes before they closed and left a voicemail letting me know that one person in our group of 3 wouldn't be able to have their massage the next morning at 9am. We were the first appointments of the day. If you go here absolutely get a facial. The lady is amazing and knows what she is doing. She did research and was a nurse and is super knowledgeable.
