Janice did contact me. I appreciate that. I am free to state my opinions and this forum is for exactly that. I'm a pretty direct person and you say you want my feedback so you can improve things. So here goes. The whole building is not ideal for a "spa". You should have separate areas for guests to wait for their services, not in the middle of the action. The treatment rooms should be in a completely different area than the salon because of the noise, or remove the salon altogether. The whole layout is just wrong, in my opinion as a guest. And for heaven's sake, there should be a nice bathroom for your guests to use where they don't have to go out into a weird hallway. The wax room shouldn't have bifold door that opens to the waiting area so that when your wax lady leaves she has to slink out as your half naked client lays on the table. It's just not my style. I much prefer a more luxurious and comfortable setting for my hard earned money to be spent. I can't get over the multiple times the wax person ripped at my pubic hair with no success. It was bad. Real bad. I may have high expectations, but I do expect more. Off to the post hotel for me. read more

I have been there once before when they first opened. It was great!. Today?! just ok. Paid for the deluxe pedi because of the callus removal to only get a scuff scuff on the heals and big toes. There was no callus removal. Foot/leg massage more of a rub. They also charged $12 for a flower on the big toe!! WHAT. That is double any other salon charges. Another worthwhile trip from tri cities with tranquility spa being THE reason for the trip. 2 day affair.. yesterday Janice came in on her day off to give me a perm so that trademark chemical smell would not be offensive to the clients who come in for various services on a normal day. Giving the perm and Janice 5 stars!! Today was day two for the spa day massage was ahhhhmazing!! yesinia did my facial and have to say BEST FACIAL EVER!! Mani/pedi was relaxing and fun!! The girls were amazing!! 5 stars for spa day!! There is a reason that I am more than happy to make the trip from the Tri-Cities to Tranquility Day Spa! Lies! I DID ask for chunky blond highlights. I DID ask the hairdresser if she was capable of continuing the very outgrown/old foils in my hair. She stated that she COULD DO just what I asked. I got a pregnancy message from here 2days ago(3/5/18). The questionnaire they have you fill out and out what specific areas to work on I filled it out. I specifically put bottom of my feet and lower back. She barely worked on the bottom of my feet and lower back. The WHOLE reason why I even scheduled a appointment was to work on the parts that have been killing me with my pregnancy. Also because when I went in I was 39w5d. Very disappointed about a waist of my $70. Sucks too because I just moved to Wenatchee and was hoping this would be the place for messages whether I'm pregnant or not. Next time when a client puts down what to specifically work on, then listen to them and spend way more time on those parts! Or else why do the questionnaire?!?!?! read more

I was so beyond excited to have a spa day! The night before my appointment I got sick and was up all night. Come morning I still sick. With nausea and puking, and going to the bathroom, with it being a symptom of COVID. I was a little concerned. On top of that there was no way, I could drive 1 hour and half, there and lay through multiple hours of being touched. NOT like I PLANNED on getting sick. They charged me half of the price of spa day for not making it. I get they have a business to run. I was gladly going to reschedule. But not after that. I could have been sick with COVID. And YOUR STILL GONNA MAKE PAY ME HALF? I would think in a PANDEMIC or something as getting sick with food poisoning, or COVID you would understand and cut a break, especially since in my husband's voicemail he said he WANTED TO RESCHEDULE the spa day for me! My sixteen year-old daughter worked two jobs all summer and took me here for a mani/pedi, facial, and massage as part of a weekend in Leavenworth for a birthday gift. !!!
