Personally we haven't had any issues within the apartment, so we haven't had to deal with having fixes done other than the toilet had an issue (which was fixed right away). One thing to watch for is carpet separation. Upon move in, it was not noticeable at all. But after vacuuming once the seams started coming up in the places where a different sheet of carpet had been placed. Hopefully because this is on ongoing issue with many of the units, we won't be marked and charged for it upon move out. But it's hard to say. We like it here. The garbage area has always been clean and the prices are pretty good. Pros: -Good price -well maintained -pleasant and accessible management -great location close to college, shopping, ect. -good pet policy Cons: -A little outdated interiors -washer/dryers are pretty old -carpet separation -baseboard heating can be pricey -our breaker flips relatively often We plan on staying here for a couple more years.

My downstairs neighbor was retired and his wife worked, so he spent all of his time spying. My next door neighbor, a gentleman my age, had his girlfriend stay over a lot at his place. They never made a peep, but the nosy guy downstairs complained like a good little spy and Trisha said she couldn't stay the night anymore unless the man out her on the lease. He's 60 years old and works and makes not a sound. They messed up my entryway tile, so I tripped over it every time I walked in the door, but never fixed it. My kitchen sink leaked and warped the counter and they never fixed it. The fireplace didn't work. The patio door didn't fit well so there was a crack. At one time I counted more than a hundred stink bugs in my apartment. I left the place spotless. I had two small dents in the wall (one from moving my treadmill out) which I fixed and didn't see a dime of my deposit. The downstairs neighbor spent all of his time keeping tabs on everything I did and reported it to the office manager. You think you have privacy but you have none. They charge a lot, stick their noses where they DO NOT belong, and they don't fix anything and you won't get any of your money back. It's a ripoff. They tell you you're welcome to have friends over, but I had three girlfriends and watched Saturday night live once and got complained about for laughing too loud. On a Saturday night. Before midnight. They don't want you if you're not 80 and all alone in the world. They don't want you to have friends or family. The office manager will pull you in because she talks nice but honestly, in my 52 years, I've never met anyone who defines the word "two faced" like she does. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was like living in hell. Actually, I would prefer hell over that place. Trisha was awful and the apartments are not even close to being near worth the money.

We told them that it would not all fit they said it would. But it didn't so they had to make 2 trips. They said that tye price would be between $420--$560. Now if they had come in a box truck then it would have been 1 trip and $420 witch would have been nice but instead we had to pay them $ 530 witch we had to go back and forth with them because they wanted us to pay them hourly rate. Oh and just for his Argument we did not have the loveseat but a small chair and kitchen table with chairs they never asked us to give in detail every item! So not going to use them again and not recommend they were trying to smash boxes in between the chairs to make more room that takes longer and not exceptable we only had 20 boxes. Be careful when you hired anyone for anything..
