My many encounters and misdiagnoses from her scared me away from seeing a nurse practitioner for my medical care. I realize that's probably unfair. I'm sure their are some who are qualified to be your main source of care, but for me, it was not her. Some scary things happened to me at this office, including a misdiagnosed case of PCOS, confirmed by a second opinion with an MD. He looked at my labs and said they were misinterpreted by her. I'm glad I had the sense to not believe what she had insisted was true. I would be taking a bunch of unnecessary hormones. If your intuition tells you she is incorrect even if she believes she is, trust yourself and seek out another opinion is my best advice.

The lady at the front desk America (the name she gave me when I asked her) was extremely rude and started ignoring me after I asked her if I could speak to a MA because I needed clarification on my labs. When I left the office I called to get the name of the office Practice Manager and both lady's who I spoke to refused to give me the name as well transfer me to the voicemail. They stated that the manager did not have a voicemail since she worked at different locations.

So she prescribed whooping cough medicine for the whole family at a whopping cost of over $220 even though the test came up negative because "she" didn't trust the test which supposedly had a 20% failure rate. So we all took the anti-biotics which made our whole families immune system crash, which is what anti-biotics do, and then my whole family susbsequently came down with the flu. Finally after being unable to unable to diagnose the cough, she sent us to a pulmonary specialist who said it was jsut a habit cough. He told my son to just force himself to stop coughing and it would go away. Sure enough, 2 days later he wasn't coughing. Dr. Gloudemans cost me more than $500 in various drugs which could have been avoided if she had referred us to someone that knew what they were doing a week earlier. What a waste. Doctors make so much money that they don't seem to care how much they force people to pay for anything.

I drove 45 minutes to her office, checked in and was taken to treatment room where her assistant checked vitals etc. Then I was told the Dr. preferred to have my appointment as a TelaMed instead of in office ! Totally unacceptable & a waste of time. Then she had the audacity to note my chart, I was NOT seen because I preferred my own Dr. That is a BIG fat lie. YES, I prefer my Dr but had agreed to see her & the in office appointment was scheduled. DUE NOT USE THIS DR she is not a professional and should look for another career. Village Medical/Revere Medical should fire her.

It is a miracle she has not caused great harm to a patient and has been dumped from the major medical group she was a member of for 17 years. We recieved a letter from them saying she is no longer associated with us. She never contacted us, we found her and she is not the original person we were using as our primary care Doctor. She put me on medication that caused me severe reactions and never address the issue through any contact and when I went to a follow up, she was very odd.
