They can't get any part of the prescriptions accurate, such as doses, insurance, or pharmacies. I've tried 8 times to get the right prescriptions sent to the right places, and they still can't get it right. They're standard answer: "It wasn't me." The medical assistants are not any better, and the doctors don't care. Find another location. Anywhere is better than here. Too bad if there's any good doctors here. The staff are incapable of managing anything once you leave the office.

The receptionist informed me that since he was with this new healthcare "group" I would have to be considered a "NEW" patient and the next available appointment was 2 months away. As I had a healthcare issue which would likely need to be addressed within a week (something one gets a primary physician for in the first place instead of going to the ER...) this was totally unacceptable. Choosing this doctor as a primary care physician in order to achieve "continuity-of-care" proved to be a BIG mistake as I, a patient of his, am NOT a patient of his because of the patient mismanagement practices at his current location/group.
