At that time I was informed that they did not take my insurance. I got another referral from my doctor and started over with another Physical Therapist. Then I got a bill for my co-pay of 3 visits from Restoration PT and it showed my insurance covered my visits. I called and questioned this and at that time was told that I was the only one that Aetna covered. If I had known I would not have started over with another Therapist. Now I have had to pay 3 additional co-pays that was not necessary. And Restoration still wants the money for these 3 co-pays. They should have known the situation with the insurance before my first visit

I was going to Body Tune in Layton Utah for several months as my doctor referred me from the VA…read more Now I have been experiencing a large amount of pain in my right should as was receiving dry needling from a great gal Aja, who has relieved a lot of pain, but it is persistent. The treatment is in a contract from the VA for 6 sessions, that has a stop date and then if needed they need to resubmit for more if needed. After my last session I talked to them about this, and they said on my last appointment which was supposed to be tomorrow 8/26 they would go and submit for more services. I get a call today on the 25 telling me my services ended on the 18th of the month. do I want to cancel? I am so ticked off as I would have scheduled my appointments accordingly. This is so inept regarding the person submitting the request to the VA, as well as managing the time frame on the appointments as I am in pain all day, and night. No one at the scheduling desk knew about the end date, and neither did I. This is how this place takes care of the veterans who are in pain. I will let my referring doctor know, as well as community services. The person who takes care of the billing and submits the treatment request to the VA virtually screwed me over. I will also be calling the VA outpatient services department to make a formal complaint.

At first I would go to the ER because i could not walk, I literally would had to craw to to my car. All they could do for me is prescribe me muscle relaxers and painkillers. Still this did nothing. After doing therapy here the difference was night and day. I recommend everyone to come. Both my parents, my husband, 2 of my brothers and 2 of my nieces have been patients here! And a couple of close friends too. Unforgettably I am a little accident prone and I suffered a work injury, first place I thought of going was here! I come here for regular maintenance and that had done wonders to keep me pain free.
