He did a great adjustment and had those electrical pads on my back (not sure what it's called.) They also did X-rays to find out what's really going on. I feel like he didn't just want to do an adjustment and send me on my way, but really solve my issues. He even gave my stretches to do on my own to help. They were very warm and welcoming. Also, they were very knowledgeable regarding my insurance and didn't hesitate to call my insurance for me! Doesn't seem to care about the patients that are struggling to live their daily life. Prescribed me a beta blocker, not safe for me to take due to my already low heart rate and blood pressure when I'm at home. You will send message after message on the patient portal and he will never reply. You'll call his office and leave a million voicemails but never hear anything back. I have to go to the ER for them to help control my symptoms because Dr steinicke has failed to answer my messages or return my calls. I will show all of the messages I've sent to him and I've gotten ONE reply. Stay far far far away. He took more time responding to my Google review than he did calling me back or responding in the patient portal.
