At 2:00 pm, I received a call from the clinic asking me to come earlier, at 3:00 pm. I asked for permission to cut short my shift at work, which was granted. Consequence: No Pay for the time I didn't work. Anyway, I arrived at the clinic at 3:00 pm but they kept me waiting until after 4:00 pm which I considered as non professional at all. I left without seeing the doctor.

I'm used to having to wait like 14 hours to get hospital care but they actually transported her from the U of A specifically to get her in faster. We were done the surgery in about 2 hours, it was amazing. She felt as though she got great care while she was there. She's never even had blood taken let alone a surgery before, so thankfully the staff were very comforting and supportive throughout the process. I don't think anyone really ever wants to get an emergency phone call that their family member is going into surgery immediately, so thankfully it was relatively easy and they gave us access to her. It was all kind of a shock so the fact that they let like six of her family members wait it out in the waiting room in the dead of night was really comforting. It was especially comforting for my Mom that we could all be there because she is in Calgary and couldn't come right away. They told us that they weren't very busy either. So I would actually recommend people coming here during an emergency. I've waited full days at the U of A/Grey Nuns before, so this was definitely a new experience to be in and out so quickly. Thanks for taking care of my sister!

Dr. Hartt has been our physician for some time and there isn't the space to tell you what a special…read moredoctor he is. Always caring and very knowledgeable, he investigates illness fully. Has always been super kind to myself and my husband. We would not go any other place. The staff are really nice and always helpful. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment so they are very punctual. There are now four or five Doctors, some of which may take new patients, so it's worth a try to call and check. The clinic itself is spotless and I can highly recommend this medical clinic.

I always arrive about 10 minutes early and usually get admitted to a treatment room either before or very close to my scheduled time. Dr. T is very thorough and takes whatever time is necessary for your care. I know some people may have doubts about the clinic location. It is not the best area in town, in fact I walked the beat as a cop there many years ago and have many fond memories of the neighborhood and the people there. Realizing that the family doctor I had for 35 years, was nearing retirement, I began the search for a new doctor. I honestly feel like finding Dr. T was like winning the lottery. I wish I had found someone like Dr. T many years ago.

No one answers the phone anyways. Even the doctors here aren't as good as they used to be. They've seemed to have lost some of the bettee doctors in the last few months and the ones who are there aren't very personable. Hopefully they fix these issues soon, but until they do, I'll likely go to their sister clinic at the Wal-Mart at Albany.

The procedure can be a little painful, because the person has to go over and over your nails, and the worse the fungus is, the more the machine makes these spark type of sounds, and that is when it hurts. I was hoping to see the same girl that had been treating me when I went to my follow up a week ago, but I had a different girl. I thought I needed a follow up as I had seen little improvement, and I was still experiencing some skin dryness causing the skin on the bottom of my foot to peel in places. (I know, it's gross, but it used to be WAY worse). After examining me in the usual back room, this girl didn't tell me anything encouraging. She felt that I should consult my doctor about the problem. These treatments were not cheap. While I strangely can't find more than one payment which was $74.50, I know I did pay a lot more than that. One treatment the girl gave me for free though. The first time I went there I had a coupon from Groupon or something similar, which helped. While the staff are nice, considering that I had to take 3 buses to get to their location and especially considering the fact that the treatments aren't exactly painless and I STILL have this toenail fungus, I can't honestly recommend them based on my dissatisfaction, as I feel in my case it was a total waste of time. Apparently laser treatments aren't effective on everybody! I've since ordered a product online from the U.S. which I hope gets rid of this.

Since approximately 2018, I have experienced ongoing difficulty reaching the clinic by phone after a longstanding pattern of not receiving callbacks after leaving voicemail messages. Calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemail messages are often not returned. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, resulting in limited ability to reliably contact the clinic regarding patient care concerns. On the occasions I have reached "Pat" (office assistant), I have been told she is busy. However, when I attend the clinic in person she has not appeared to be occupied with patient related tasks and has instead been conversing with staff or not engaged in work at the front desk. I have spoken to other patients that attend this clinic and they have the same complaints and find it highly annoying. This creates a barrier to accessing care and communicating with the office. Based on my experience, patients should be aware of communication challenges when dealing with this clinic.

This is a great hospital. The court yard is beautiful. My wife came early Sunday morning and from…read morethe time we walked through the door the hospital staff were very friendly and really good with everything. My wife delivered our baby Sunday evening and the nurses did their best to keep her comfortable. I've been to hospitals with rude or lousy nurses but every nurse here went above and beyond. After our baby was born they helped my wife and baby with anything they needed. That also let me stay over night with my wife so I could sleep. The downside of the hospital is the paid parking and trying to remember when it expires and a lack of food options for guests on the weekends but Tim Hortons was good.

I had a rather good experience at this hospital for an appointment recently. I liked that they used…read morethose little coaster things to indicate when they were ready for your appointment rather than just calling your name (which is much easier to miss). The staff members I interacted with were positive, helpful and kind. Their information was very useful and I'm sure that I'll have such positive visits here in the future.
